Called this afternoon. Pre-recorded female voice says this is final notice from IRS and to call this number immediately.

Pre-recorded female voice says "this is a final official notice from IRS Internal Revenue Service, the reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you, to get more information about this case file please call immidiatly on our department number 315-370-1340."

Same call with the message from the IRS. Has to be a scam.

just  called me in sf,ca  and wasted my time  i was on hold for my lunch order and they called  ,,, lost my call for my order.! damn wish people waould just stop calling and sending junk mail !

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Same call today in WI - same message - called the number and was told I will be arrested in 40-45 minutes and that I have been audited from 08-1 think this is a scam.  Reporting it.

Same recorded call today at 3:27PM saying the IRS is going to sue me... I would only assume (if this were true) that the IRS would send me a certified letter before calling my cell phone with a pre-recorded call... :-/

I checked with the local sheriff's office where I live in WI and he confirmed that this is a scam.

Got the same call on 7/16 at 1345 Las Vegas

Pre-recorded call with a female voice and incomplete English. It's an IRS scam claiming a final notice and to call this number. Left the message on my home VM.

Same comment as above around 2:30 Pacific time.

I got the same very disturbing call at5pm est threatning a lawsuit and to immediately call this tel # for acase file info! These callsare coming from auburn ny  the proper authorities should be able to track  em down please! Decent people dont needthis agro from scamartists

Same Call here in Mass.  Female recording saying it was the IRS and a final notice before they file a law suit.

I got the same voicemail recording this morning at 7am PST.  I called them back and told them they've been reported to the IRS.

I use an app on my cell phone called Calls Blacklist.  You can add numbers from your call log on your phone and never be bothered again.  I add all robocalls and scam numbers, and if/when they call back it immediately is blocked without ringing.  LOVE this app!
