Be careful with this tel# 1st off they are answering the phone as internal revenue service so i told them i recieved a call from them and they asked for the # so i gave them my number they then told me it was for a woman and obviously it's the wrong # so then they wanted my name and i asked 1st off where are you located (i could hear a lot of others in the background) they guy says spokane washington so i said well why do u have a n.Y area code he then wanted my name and i refused he then hung up on me .......I believe this is one of the numbers allocated to level 3 communications which ports out thousands of #s to these overseas (mostly india) dirtbag companies that are trying to collect on years old debts do not believe it is the i.R.S about a lawsuit (i didnt answer cause i didnt know the # and the message they left claimed to be irs about being involved in a lawsuit) its another scam!!!!

IRS scam, hang up do not give them any information, they are not the IRS, just hang up!

Received message on recorder.at 6 am...lawsuit against us and to call back to this number 315-370-1353.  Did not return the call.

Knew it was a scam from the start as everyone knows or should know the IRS does NOT call people - ever.

I got the same message from the "IRS" about a lawsuit being filed against me in early November (2015).  I was sure it was a scam, and didn't call back at first, then called back a week or so later, mostly out of curiosity.  There was no answer.
