Got a call from this number as well. the time was at 2:04 PM (mountain time). The caller refused to talk to me even though he or she was clearly listening to me ask hello repeatedly. i find it interesting that he or she called with in 6 hours or so of calling this other person here on this board.

trying to send 2 page prospective on some dilly  donk company. sounds like another scam . some kind of accent!!

Something about trying to get active investors to get a larger return. Bull Crap. This is about the 3rd time they've called me. This time I asked how they got my Name and Number (cell). He told me I was in their data base of a list of active investors...  I advised this person  that had  a deep accent that I'm on the DO NOT CALL list and to stop harassing me.  They hung up before I could finish. So  It's definitely some scam.

Heavy foreign accent asking for donations to support Islamic jihadist fighters in America.

Am constantly receiving calls from this number. They will not leave a message. However what I thought was strange is that this # pops up on the caller ID where a name should be V02712394200060 then the phone number underneath. I never answer this call.

Received multiple calls and when answered I would say hello and there was no response.

Same think that Paul mentioned just happened to me... did get a weird electronic sound too - sort of like a computer modem more so than a fax machine....  area code is Syracuse New York, calling Toronto, Ontario....

They call everyday. Once someone was on the phone and I asked them to stop calling me and they hug up. They have been calling for about a month now daily. Ontario.

I bet it's a Philipino call center hired by pump and dump promoters for OTC companies. Called me several times - must be an autodialer and they answer the first person who picks up. Asking very detailed info to help build a profile. I left him talking to himself....

Same here.  I have asked them many times to stop calling but I don't think they even listen to my whole sentence before they hang up on me.  Very irritating because if I don't answer it goes to voice mail and then I have that to erase as well.

They have called few times on the last two weeks to both my numbers. I never answer because I don't do business in USA. They called twice today, the first time my wife answered without looking to the display and someone asked to speak to my name. She said that I was not here so they hung up. We didn't answer the second one.

I get calls from them at least once a day for the past week.  They ask for my boss by name, I say I'm them and they hang up.  The beauty of the Panasonic phone is the call blocking feature, I recommend everyone get them.  I just wish you could exceed the 30-50 number maximum (depending on model).

I keep a whistle by my phone and save it for people like this ... this is my work phone, otherwise - they'd get an "ear full" lol

When you block your number and call back, it automatically says hit any key to have your number removed - must think I'm an idiot - how could they block a number they don't know?  Either collecting numbers or pretending.

They called again.
My daughter picked and they asked for me, so she handed the phone to me.
"This is... calling on behalf of... How are you today?"
Same telemarketer crap. I hung off.

Scammer don't answer your phone hung up ...... don't waste your time

These people phone EVERY day around noon.   I just started screaming into the phone each time I saw it was the "survey" number 315-401-0805.  I then just decided to call them back and the automated answer directed me  to press "1" to be removed from there call list.  We'll see.......

Ugh!  Major breach of the English language...."their" call list.

Phone rang 3:08 PM 2/25/15, number appeared in caller ID but no-one appeared to be on the other end.

Received call every day.  I called back and got message "press 1 to be removed".  I did.  They called
back the next six days.  I finally blocked the number.
