I got a report from this number and said I was being sued (law suit) they gave me a case number that only contained 5 numbers and then i said what is this about they said you are being sued for 300? that was tranfered to my account. I have no knowledge of this because I didnt get anyy "loans" just a few months ago so just because I said is this a scam he hung up on me and then I called back he said dont call here anymore you will recieve the papers this wasnt a scam . meanwhile you cant even track down this number nor the company.

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.

Got a call from this number stating it was investigator Mack from federal investigtions. I have called back several times and they asked me to stop calling.  They said they will be sending a subpoena to my address.  I asked fo there address and they hung up.  I continued to call back just to get more information and they refused.

Received call from this # on 7/27/2011 @ approximately 3:02 PM  EST.  The caller had broken English.  The person a male stated my SS# had been involved in Fraud.  He pronounced my name poorly.  He sited my address and told me to contact him.  I did not call the #back.

Been getting messages from this number (315) 413-8012 for the past six months. His man cant speak english very well says his name is mike stone and has all my personal info like ss# and address, he told me i was gonna be behind bars and arrested for fraud and criminal activity.

Got a call this morning from this number, same deal as most of you have posted. Supposedly, I owed a loan from 3 years ago, never paid it back, and now I am going to be 'put behind bars' for not paying it. I could not understand most of what Mike was saying, because he spoke very broken english. I very nicely asked to speak with someone who spoke better english and was told that someone would call me back and he hung up.  I called back and asked what company Mike worked for, to which his response was The Courthouse. I asked which Courthouse, to which he responded my county courthouse. What he didn't know is I work downtown directly across from the county courthouse and I was standing in the parking lot of the courthouse while on the phone with him. So when I told him I was in the parking lot and would come in to see him and take care of this matter, he hung up on me. The county sheriff happens to be a friend of mine, so I told him the story. He told me to check my credit to make sure nothing was on my credit report, and consider the case closed. He said I would probably never hear from the guy again because I was proactive and was ready to come see him at the courthouse. The guy is looking for people to give him checking account information to pay off the loan, he's simply wanting to draft money out of your account.

I too received a call on 10-14-11 at 9:07am from a man with broken English.  He said his name was Bob Cooper and that he was with the Fraud Division.  He didn't say which police department.  I didn't speak directly with him as he left a message on my cell phone. He stated that my SS# was being blocked by the government.
