That number is of someone from Syracuse University.

Also got multiple missed calls sans message.  Called back and got a recording that stated this was the "common outbound number for all long-distance calls leaving Syracuse University."

Got a call from this number at the same time (8 p.m.) every night for a week, then it stopped. Never left a message.

The number is listed as the "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Resource Center, Syracuse University".  I too have received numerous calls with no voicemail over the course of a couple weeks.

Just got the second call from this number in as many days.  No message left.  My luck its a fundraising call, but hey if there's no message it's a junk call

called me about 7PM. Left no message. I think it is the fundraising people at Syracuse U.

Have received calls from this number (no VM) @6:20pm & 6:58pm twice within the last week. Called back number only to get recording saying it's an outbound SU number.

same thing – multiple calls, no answer. Has anyone actually tried to answer the call? if so, any news on that?

This is NOT the number of the Syracuse University LGBT Resource Center.  That number is 315-443-3983.

When you call it tells you that it is the standard outgoing long distance number for Syracuse University.  Ergo, someone from SU tried to call you.  Most likely fund raising, etc...but if you know people who work there, this is also the number that would show up.  SU also uses the numbers from its 'Orange Alert' to contact you for various reasons.

Just called me twice within 10 minutes of each other. First time no voicemail, second time left a voicemail but it was just background noise. Anyone know what it is?

Keep getting randomly called by this number usually around 8PM and never received a VM.  It's been nearly every day since April 21st.  I wonder when it'll stop.

I've gotten 6 calls in the past few days.  Just like girl, only one voicemail of half a second of background noise was left.

This number has been calling me multiple times a week; twice messages left about a prescription order.  Called back and message said this was the number for all outbound long-distance calls from Syracuse U.

Just got a call from this number.  No message but a sigh on my answering machine. Didn't have call monitor on so checked to see who it was and was somewhat mystified.  They called Sunday at 2 pm.
