Told there was a lawsuit against me but will not tell by who & if I pay a certain amount it will be dropped

Officer "Greg Wilson", who was definately from a foreign country and didn't fit the name, Left message stating my fiance had committed a fraud with a finance company using my name and number as family reference.  Finance company has come up with legal case against my fiance (stated his name)  and he wanted me to convey the message to my fiance because he could help him out of this "legal mess"  Left call back #: 469-821-0335  FYI. My fiance told me he recently filled out an online application for a loan through money mutual...really stupid... i know!  Ever since then he has been getting scam phone calls and because he put my number down as a reference, i have been getting calls too!

Officer Mark from a different country who says they have a law suit filed against me broke every law in the fair debt collection act possible.  These people are scammers the co is not real.  The bad thing is they have all personal info on the people they are calling like ss# ect.

Man from India I think called posing as a police officer saying he is filing a lawsuit against me I dont know who this person is I was stupid and put all my info online Money Mutual was one of them I was told to contact law enforcement I contacted the FBI, Secret Service and my local Police they are investigating. Closed my accts may change my #

This number keeps calling me at work saying that he is officer...... and that he has a suit against me. He keeps calling and i have told him numerous times to stop calling and that I am calling the police and my lawyer. But he will not stop calling, these people need to be stopped.I am tried of being harrassed by these people.

Got a call from this number telling me I was getting sued also.....I am so mad...Can someone do something about this !!!!

They have been calling me also and everytime they call they give me a different "officers" name and a different number to call back.  I have told them to provide documentation that I owe money but they won't.  They said they are issuing a warrant for my arrest and I said fine see ya in jail!  I have told them to stop calling me and to stop calling people I know looking for me.  I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  I wish something could be done to stop them and issue a warrant for their arrest!

I have recieved two calls on my cell and one at work just this morning.  He claimed to be Officer Jack Jenkins and said that there was two lawsuits against my social security number.  The scary thing is they had my personal information.  When he asked me to verify I wouldn't and told him I needed a return phone #, he gave me 469-821-0335.  He informed me that I had two unpaid payday loans which I don't.  He said he was calling from UNLD.

I spok with this gentleman.  He has called my job, my grandmother, and my cellphone.  I asked him to provide documentation with the information he could not.   I work for the government and I informed him he needed to provide me with documentation because he was calling a government office.  He just went on threatening me and  I told him to go ahead and do what he needed to do my lawyer would contact him.  I called the number back he provided me with and I asked him why was the number he called from different from the number on the caller id and he hung up the phone.

keep getting messages from them first threating arrest, loss of job, now lawsuit..... WTF

These morons are idiots.  They call my work, cell, and home leaving threats.  Same guy, same voice, but voila!  the name is different.  Same first name, different last name.  They can't even read their scripts correctly.  I already have a trace on phones, but seems nothing will be done.  Unbelievable that scumbags are allowed to do this.  Thanks to whomever in office that is promoting overseas employment to help these people.Sure, give them jobs, but are you clueless as to what jobs they are doing????? Harassing hard working people that pay their bills.  I filed bankruptcy due to payday loan trap I got into, but did any of the creditors show up to speak up???? Hell freakin no!  Now they say they want to collect?  These calls are outrageous and an invasion of privacy.  They are relentless and ugly.  I have a terminally ill partner at home, but I told them not to answer any calls from these freaks.  Just erase the nasty messages.  Sucks to have to put up with these morons 'working' for our country and theirrs.

I have filed complaint after complaint.  Doesn't seem to be important to anyone.  NOw when they call my work phone, I answer and just hold down a number key until they hang up....sends a loud squeal.
There has got to be something against this crap, but I can't seem to find the answer.

This is the 5th time I have gotten this message.  Same voice and all i do is laugh. . I don't even answer the phone when i see this number.  I have a straight talk phone and did apply for Money Mutual...now I am getting bombard with their stupid junk mail in my mail box and now these calls.  I might just have to get a new number...ooohhh....i have learned my lesson about applying for a loan online.  Next time, I will just go to the bank.

An Officer Jack Thompson(Indian Accent) from country of India called me and stated there was a law suit  against my brother and he wanted to contact him. I told him to stop calling me. He called back and said he was taking me to court in California. He can't be too bright using a name like Jack Thompson.
My brother said he called him too.

I received a call from an Officer Jack Thompson with an Indian accent(from India). i dont
know too many people from India named Jack Thompson. He stated my brother owed him money
and they were going to take legal action. I traced his number to this number. I did not
co-operate so he called back and said he was taking me to court in California. I told him to
mail me my plane ticket and he hung up. These guys are amateurs. Clueless.

This man said he was an officer and needed to speak to my son.  I told him he did not live here and this was not his number and to remove it from his list.  He called back four times in a row.  When I threatened to turn him over to the Attorney General he said, " I will F--- You.  I will F---Your Face."  I believe this is a dangerous man.  I am reporting this to the Attorney General in New York.  Others please do the same.

Angie, I have the same thing happening to me, I contacted by local FBI office and they had me send a letter to them making a statement of what had happened. I told them I was very concerned because they have my social security number and all my phone information, that's idenity theft.

James Brown called me which we all know they're using bogus names bring the jobs back to America these people are dumb and they sure in the hell don't know how to talk to people or try to collect a payment. I just laugh at them when they call and don't make me pick up unless you wanna get cussed out!

I keep getting those calls from this number and other numbers and my mom got those threatening calls,  I decided to call them and told them that I was Agent FBI and that I was investigating him and he hung up.  I know he will call back sometime soon.

called the number back finally, because i was getting so tired of them calling and leaving tons of message everyday until late in the evening.  

Told the so call "Office Jack Thompson" that i have his message and phone number saved on my voice mail and if he or the company ever calls back...My lawyer will be call them back to file a lawsuit on harrassment charges.  

He tried to say that I have two lawsuits filed against me and I told him, Fax it to me...he said he couldn't.  So I politely raised my voice to cut him off and told him "Call me one more time and U will hear from my Lawyer..Thank You and Bye"
