Bill collector from Time Warner Cable

this number was a callback to let me know my services were working again. Not a bill collecter here.

Time Warner Cable reporting that they had finished hooking up internet at my house.  I was not home for the installation, so they wanted to let me know it was functional.

Call back from the Operations Dept., in response to my letter to the Office o/t President, which I sent because of an unresolvable online login problem, that prevented me from paying TW bills online. Not a bill collector.

According to the notes it is time warner.  I don't have a time warner account, never have, they aren't even in the area and they are calling a pre-paid cell number.  Think they are a little messed up.

Time Warner asking me to take a survey about my recent installation (they called roughly 2 hours after the installation completed.)

This was not a bill collection call (at least for me.)

Time Warner letting me know they will be at my house tomorrow to work on my Road Runner.

I think its a contractor doing work for time warner we will c
