- MattI received a call from this number (315-636-0475) and he said he wished me luck as there was a lawsuit - scam all over this. I told him I was calling the local police and reporting this phone number - he said he was going to call the local authorities and report me....really?
- Call type: Prank
- nvMost unprofessional call ever. Called me only by last name, no proper salutation, refused to tell me what this was about only that he would call my employer and have me fired and then good luck trying to find another job. What? Asked for his supervisor but he said he was the boss. Really, what boss makes what appears to be collections calls. This call was so far over the top and in complete violation of the FDPCA. This is a part of Rothman & Associates. Their number is 212-681-1106.

- Angela Washington| 1 replyReceived a threatening VM on my Blackberry for Angela Washington, not me, as indicated by my voicemail message. The message stated I needed to call the number back NOW. If I didn't call back or my attorney didn't call back the only thing he could wish me was luck. I really wish Angela Washington would stop giving out my BB number as hers and wish debt collectors and scammers would stop calling the number looking for her when my voicemail message clearly states who I am and who I work for.

Got a message that said me or my attorney needs to call back or all he can do is wish me good Luck. I called back and told them to quit calling and i was reporting them. He said be professional, and hung up! - RWS| 1 replyI was standing next to our sheriff when this call came in and said "Tomorrow, the sheriff will come and arrest me," I said why wait, here is our county's sheriff, handed him the phone, stated who he was, and the phone went dead, gee they could have saved time and money.

- SteveGot a call from 315-636-0475 claiming to have a lawsuit against me but wouldn't tell me what it was about. He wanted my supervisor at work's name and said i could lose my job and wished me luck. Argued with me because I wouldn't confirm the last 4 of my social. I told him this was a scam and hung up on him.

- Dave| 1 replySame as all the other comments. Just called my local Sheriffs office and reported them.
- kathy replies to Davegee he told me he was closing an hour and half ago
- Ama| 1 replyI got 3 of the exact same message on my voicemail in the last 2 days, including calls today at 11:12 and 11"14 am EST. "My name is Brad, ([pause]) and the hotline to my depretion (sic {pronounced de-PREE-shun]) is 315-636-0475. I repeat 315-636-0475. Don't disregard this message. Return the call. Now, if you don't return the call, and I don't hear it from your attorney either, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye." The caller did not ask for me or confirm the name of the call recipient. Total scam. I'm reporting it to authorities and my local news station.

https://800notes.com/forum/ta-9413b3202bc8b6c ... net%27s-tactics - DanaThese people said they were from Dept of Law and Investigation ! ? ! That they were a government "company". Yeah right.
What government I asked. He said American. Did not say "the United States Government". Asked for the paperwork I supposedly signed to be mailed to me he said they were not allowed to do that - by law. This fiasco went on and on until I wore the guy out and he hung up. What a bunch of liars and thieves. !!!!- Caller: supposedly a law firm
- Call type: Debt collector
- TAT replies to lprec'd a call from 315-636-0475 and they left the same message that I have a law suit against me and that if I didn't call them back or if my attorney didn't call them back all they could do was wish me luck. I know that this is a SCAM. My next move is to call the Police.
- Phone victim| 1 replyThis jerk said he was Jay Smith, an attorney calling about an unpaid payday loan. Obvious foreign accent. Gave the address 675 3rd Avenue, New York City . Argued with this clown for awhile until he started using foul language, then he said he was calling the police on me. He had left a voice mail twice which I ignored as I don't owe anyone anything. Not sure if this piece of garbarge works for himself, or somebody else, but he sure does have a lot of time on his hands. After I hung up on him he called right back and we argued for another 15 minutes. Using foul language and talking about law suits he, wouldn't stop. Then he told me to have a "blessed day". Really??? How do these people get into this country and is this what they want to do with their lives when there's so much opportunity to do something worthwhile and honest. Really wish there was a resource to report these things that would shut down rip offs like this. Can only imagine what would happen if they got ahold of a senior!

- MaryHad this call on my cell phone messages from someone named Bret. The scammers all talk from the same script. Like have you or your lawyer call, this is time sensetive, heed this call as soon as you get it and of course the ole familiar I wish you good luck or had some with God Bless. Messages don't even say who thay are calling for or what firm they are with. What a croc.

- TinaI received several calls from this phone number and all voicemails state I better call now or else. blah blah blah. I decided to call and ask him what this is about. He asked for my husband and since my husband could not understand, he said "have a nice day xxxhole" and hung up. I called back and wanted name, company, address etc. I said you don't call people names and that he is being completely illegal. He had the nerve to ask what he should of called my husband. I said by his name. I hope the calls stop now.
