You will get a message from a number  565-454-3434, they will inform you of winning a grant, all you need to do is call this number (complaint #) and you will be given further instructions.

So it is a scam?

Yes, see also phone number  565-454-3434, it is the original phone # they call from to "notify the award/grant" , the instructions tell you to call this # as well as an ID #., much more info on other thread.

I got the same message and same phone #. He said he was from the F Gov.  The same day I also got a call saying they were from the IRS and I should call this # 202-470-0986. Which also shows up as a scam.

Saying they were from Social Security and Ihave a fraud case against me. They called me and then asked for my SS number once I asked who they were and I let them know I would contact SS office they hung up on me .

Voice message left from this number that suit will be filed against me if I didn't call back 13156364036.
