Just got off the phone with them.  They want me to wire them $100 so they can release $7000 to me through the US Federal Grant office. :)  When I asked them for details and why they couldn't just take 100 out of the 7000, the operator got upset - and said "you're wasting my time, MotherF---er".  and hung up on me.  Small victory, but I was able to keep him on the phone for five minutes so as to save some other poor soul the grief.

I got a call from someone named Peter spoke with an Indian accent from 202 -845-3031 number, said I was approved for a $7000 government grant to call this number 3156364183 with this grant ID# GAP3232 and I could pick up the money at he nearest Western Union Office..

Had the identical call as the previous one and had fun leading him on and then hung up
