As already noted, 315-636-6191 is the customer Service number listed for multiple "Official Team Jerseys" sites that use this automated number out of New York but are billed out of China.  In my case I ordered through www.nikecardinalsauthenticjerseys.com .  About a half hour after the transaction, my bank (Chase) called and inquired about the validity of the charge.  I researched the number to this board and told them to cancel my card (and the transaction).

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON A WEBSITE THAT HAS 315-636-6191 or is currently billed out of China by PWK Kitty !!!

Did anyone bother to do a 'whois' on the web site? Billed out of China? No red flag there, right?

File a complaint with your credit card company, they'll get your money back on the basis of fraud!! I got mine back and a piece a [***] jersey.

I didn't get a call from this number, they actually wouldn't even answer. But the website using this number ripped me off, it looked so real I even ordered the same jersey twice because I was convinced that I must have not completed the order the first time (since I had no confirmation emails and on the bank statement the name was under Pink Passion Sport Beijing) but when I ordered it again i noticed something from Beijing on my bank statement again and researched the site. If you look under the FAQ you can tell the website is run by foreigners, for example:
8. How do I can return the items to your company?

i think its safe to say its anything with Beijing in it, they used Pink Passion Sport Beijing on mine then another name still with Beijing when I ordered a second time.

I ordered from this OfficialFootballSeahawks site and noticed right away something seemed fishy when I did not get an auto generated receipt by email. The next day, I tracked down the phone number (3 calls no answer) and email and proprietor Susan Zhou/ETime Sportwear. Canceled my card. The fee charge was $59 to GOWNS ONLINE STORE. It was still pending so maybe I got to it in time. May report this to NFL and Homeland Security. Really ticked.

I ordered a seahawks jersey, they took 100 from me. Never got a confirmation email of tracking numbers, its been 10 days! I asked for a refund, and "Ruby" told me to be patient longer. You should ALWAYS do your homework before buying at a web site you've never bought from before. Here is ALL the bad news. (1) Web site was registered for only one year. (2) Web site links to CHINA. (3) Look at the phone number. Country calling code +86 is China. There now is a 100% chance that the jersey you wanted to buy is a fake. If you paid by credit card - get on it! Call your card company. I am hoping you DID NOT pay by wire transfer. Western Union, Money Gram, etc. Getting money back from a company in China is almost impossible.

I just sent a report to the NFL about this site. They're pretty aggressive about pursuing these things.

I'm experiencing the same problems everyone else seems to have. I ran a Google search for an Eddie Lacy jersey, and this bogus site was literally the top result that came up. Seeing it listed next to and above all the other NFL shopping pages, I didn't question the authenticity since the site content, for the most part, looks legit. I grew concerned when I didn't immediately receive a receipt via email, and tried calling the customer support line. Generic voicemail at a NY number. My bank said the charge came from Bejing. I obviously feel quite foolish.

If anyone knows how to best report this fraud to an official US authority, please post the information.

I'm also genuinely curious how the site managed to appear at the very top of the Google search results.
