Message left on my answering machine saying that the IRS had filed a lawsuit against me.  This is a hoax.  The IRS does not call you.  I have no issues with the IRS.  Some sort of scam!

Call leaves automated message from "IRS" about a lawsuit.  IRS doesn't call you.  I too don't have any issues with IRS.  This is a scam.  Don't call back.

When I asked for their federal ID number they quickly disconnected the call and no answer when I continued to call them back.

Supposedly the IRS was going to file a case against me in 48 hours unless I settlef this case.

There is a widespread IRS (or CRA) or "tax scam" being  practiced by scammers on both USA and Canadian residents.

Short answer:
The IRS never initiates a contact via phone.
They always send a snailmail first.

I got one auto call too!  Interesting!

Man stated he was with the IRS and there was a law suit against me.  It is a scam!!!

Yes this number call me saying the Irs has a lawsuit against me. Didnt panic but check the number out. this is ridiculous, i hope people dont fall for this trick

# also call from 360-450-0699. said they would send me e-mail yep they have my e-mail also. email said no subject only then did i double check. didnt click but close to opening too close for me also didnt get stopped by my spam.

one call with no name on cell phone so i blocked it and deleted it.
cel pcompany billed me for 70 minutes at $56,00. i did not call this number,
i dont know anyone or any company in Amber new york.  I will not pay for this .
