Caller stated he was David Jones (with a thick Middle Eastern accent) and if he did not hear from me or my attorney, all he could do was wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me. He also stated good luck with the legal case.  Has SCAM written all over it!!!!!

I got the same phone call. I called the number back. He said is name was Jack Miller. I asked what company was it he said is3 investigations. And then he hung up on me. So I called right back same guy answers but now he was David Jones. I asked what it was in regards too? He said I was being sued. And asked me to confirm my address. I would tell him my address. I asked what company was suing me and he said some world company and he asked if I have been receiving mail and I said no. He laughed. I told him I didn't believe him and hung up. Then I googled is3 investigations and there is no company that is named that. It definitely smells like a scam.

Got same call called them back. some foreign accent. I as who the f** are you. Then he said ashamed that I would talk to the church like that. I said what church and they hung up. Then I call them back then he  said investigation department. The I asked what investigation he said f@@ off and hung up. I am going to harass him a few days and see how he likes it.

I just received a call from the same number.  He said he was from "New York Attorneys" and that I was committing a felony.  He did quote me my last 4 digits of SSN and said I should get a lawyer because I was going to be served papers.  He asked if I had a lawyer or any one in the legal system and that I better get someone soon!
