Another call telling me I have a problem with my computer - this has been going on for over 1 year.  I've said I know this
is a scam, sworn at them & hung up & today I said I don't have a computer & the guy said OMG.

i just got a call from 315-642-8094 and the lady said she was a senior technician with my computer provider and this was very serious....I told her to hold on so I could shut off my computer...then I told her I am not the owner of the house and she said "oh my god"...I told her this is a scam and they have called me in the past and I reported it to the Atty General....  I then told her to get a real job and hung up....

Called me with no answer on the other end then a computer voice said goodbye.

I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  They didn't leave a message.

Same call again :-(

Called at 7:20 AM

Called the number back and was told it is ni longer in service.

Received call from 315-642-8094 and "Jack" the supervisor who told me my computer was sending continuous computer errors. I asked what they were selling and he said nothing but they wanted to help me solve my computer problems. Jack told me they were from Windows Help and Support Center but were not a part of Microsoft Windows and they were located in Salt Lake City, Utah. I told him my phone was out of power and asked him for a call back number which he gave to me as 385-204-4970. When I asked him how to identify myself when I called them back he said "oh we have everything on you". I again asked what name to give when I called back and he said "savings brown xx and xx". I did not let them help me.

OMG I had the most crude call from this "company" yesterday October 8th.  There are times I play along with the caller and act like I'm interested so I keep asking questions.  Suddenly the caller became angry and asked if I really wanted to go on with the call.  I asked him to repeat what he said and he said it in an even more menacing tone.  I told him he was a F-ing fraud (I know but I couldn't help myself.  He in turn used the F word on me about 3 times and told me he would F my F-ing P (kitty) HARD.  OMG I was so mad but have learned my lesson not to even answer the phone ever again.  If it is someone whose number I recognize, I will call them back.  The amount of technology we have in the country and we cannot stop these low-life pigs from trying to scam the rest of the world?  My caller said he was from Ontario, CN and that Microsoft was allowing them to "help" me because Microsoft was too busy building computers to help me themselves.  

No one on other end when I answered then after a few seconds a computer voice said ' goodbye'.

I had a lady, sounded like she was from India, (what a surprise) call this morning and said she was with Microsoft and that my computer was sending continuous computer errors too. I told her I don't have windows and "she said, yes you do", which I said "no I don't", again she said "yes you do", and I said "no I don't". Then she asked me if I was in front of my computer, I said "no". I then told her "I do not have windows…do YOU understand"! Then she hang up on me! I knew it was a scam for sure when she asked me if I was in front of my computer!

Lady barely spoke English, stated "Windows report shows sir/ma'am at you home malicious download".  I stated that this is a scam, do not call again.  She said "Why you think this scam?"  I stated that I do not even have a computer at my home.  She said "This no scam, it real."  So, I take a really deep breath and with all of my being, yell "SCAM!!!"  Funny, when I was done no one was on the other line.  315-642-8094 Philadelphia, NY

I got this call from Windows technical department. So called scammer wanted personal information. Hung up and blocked call. Be careful this is a big scam in progress.

Received a call from 315-642-8094 just now.  I didn't recognize the number but I answered anyway.  He said his name was "John Smith" and that he was calling from "Windows Technical Support".  He had a very heavy Indian accent and with a name like John Smith, I knew it had to be a scam.  He said there were issues with my computer.  I had recently read about people calling from Windows or whatever trying to "fix" your computer so I just hung up.  That was the first time I received a call from that number or about this scam.

Got a call from this number. ((and several others that I've already blocked)) from "Microsoft technical assistance".  Clearly an overseas call.

"Are you in front of your computer?"  This pretty much gives it away...which computer? Work? Home? Laptop? Desktop? New? Old?

Obvious scam. The first guy didn't seem happy when I asked him if I should just give him my bank account info now so he could just take all of my money without the hassle.

6.30 am   my computer isn`t working   and she can fix it...really....

I received a call from this number.  There was no answer when I picked up.

same number called 8:30am this morning no message just now blocked it really!!! calling for my mom's home number who is a senior like last time a few weeks ago they use a different number once again last call before I said she's a senior and owns no computer period!!!! it's me don't waste my time but they still keep calling thinking she owns a computer using different numbers don't recognize don't pickup and what spoil your weekend mornings when they call....

P.S one call claimed to be rcmp cyber unit claiming someone from Mexico was using the ip address funny for my mom(calling by her name) who is a senior and once again said she doesn't own a computer period!!! didn't ask for me only her funny I own one but didn't know my name and asked the person what is my name and he did not know my name only her name!!! telephone directory I will just keep blocking those'd number period...

Where o art though NSA and, hey you already know who these scammers are and refuse to do anything about it. Waste of resources, 100%.

Have had many a call from these people. Last time I had him on the phone for over 11 minutes. He finally hung up after he figured out I was just messing with him.
