Yesterday I called Malware Bytes, because someone was able to change my Malware Bytes Premium service and replaced it with a Free Malware Byte duplicate.  Today I received a call from one Sarry who said he was with Live Windows Help where it was determined that people were getting into my computer and sending out messages or something.  He gave me a job ID: D789246 and was asking for access to my computer.

The kind of change that was made to my computer (not the one I am writing from) was too similar to a change that was frequently made by another Technical Support group that served with Total Defence System, so I am wary about such calls.  I have tried to get away from the other group, which I am prepared to name, but I am finding out that they are employed by many operations, which makes not dealing with them almost impossible.

I have received several calls from this number showing up as Cleveland NY. I finally answered they identified as calling from Medicare. I have filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.  Very aggravating as when I asked who they were since they had a foreign accent they hung up.
