Got a text from this number. Along with jumbled up words and symbols, it says it is regarding my Debit card from Bank of America. I have no doubt this is utter crap. Pisses me off.

Called Bank of America. Yes. Texts from this number are a SCAM!

Just got a text from this number, as well. Clearly a scam. Do not call number or even reply. Scumbag Scammers!

I dialed the number.  The initial bofA announcement came on (very sneaky) and then this robot voice told me that there was a security threat involving my debit card.  It also warned that unless i verify some personal info, my debit card would be locked and i would not be able to use it.

I entered phoney info.  It asked for my 16 digit card number. 3 digit security code on the back of the card.  The expiration date of the card in MO/YR format (0516 = may 2016).  My street address number only, followed by the # (pound key).  My zip code.  And finally the last for of my social  At the end it thanked me for the bogus info and said that my card should be good to use.  Then it apologized for any inconvenience and hung up.

ps. I called from my work phone...haha

Just received a text from this number claiming to be B of A regarding "solve resolution_VISA-DEBT_Thank_you."  The first clue was that it was a text but also that the sending cell has a jumbled address.  What the &*@! is going on?!!

I have received two of these messages, different phone numbers. I called BofA and they told me to forward the messages to abuse@bankofamerica.com. They are investigating these fraud messages.
