  This is from: Merry Maids 5858 E. Molloy Rd. Ste. 171, Syr. N.Y. 13211 - per Google of the phone # .  I got no answer right away when I said hello so just I hung up, the delay gave away the fact they must have been using a robo-dialer, so I'm not going to even give them the time of day.  They sound just like any other Telemarketing Call Center (TMCC) so .... BYE!

  The CID just showed "DJP"  and this phone #.  If THEY're not Reputable enough to give out their real name to our CID, then they're NOT someone I want to waste my time on to begin with.  Now, I know the # could have been 'spoofed', but I know someone from that area.  I might just have them pay a visit to their place to find out just what is going on here, in their name, .... you know, "take names and raise hell".
  I'm pretty sure this kind of cold-calling w/ a robot-dialer is illegal, too.  If Merry Maids are not responsible for these calls, maybe They will start legal action against the ones who Are calling (if they can find out who it really is), and we can try to start putting an end to these low-life, scamming TMCC's.
  The ones who the TMCC's SAY they represent need to be held responsible for the calls WE get. The "sponsoring" companies need to know that WE will withdraw any and all support to them and for them unless they come out, Publically, AGAINST these very annoying TMCCs with their harassing tactics.  When all the public knows that these TMCCs do NOT speak for the people the SAY they represent and are collecting 'donations' for (which they keep most, if not all, of), the TMCCs and the professional fund-raisers will either have to become legit and follow the rules, or be without customers. No customers, no business. No more TMCC business, no more calls to us in the middle of dinner or very early Sunday morning or late at night, just to annoy and harass us for not listening them before.
  If organizations DO continue to use these TMCCs and Pro  fund-raisers, they will have to then rely Totally on these scammers for their donations.  We'll see just how well that works out for these big companies, getting only pennies for every hundred $'s Actually collected, especially when the public starts ignoring these scamming TMCC callers as well.
  People, WE need to do this Ourselves, ... as usual.  It's obvious that our government can't (or won't) do anything substancial to stop it or they would have done so years ago.  WE need to get the word out to everyone else to just hang up on these scamming TMCC calls. Do NOT give them ANYTHING, not even a "Hello". Just pick up the phone and IMMEDIATLY hangup again. Pick-up & Hang-up.  If you KNOW the call is from a TMCC, just let it ring, it will only ring 4 times and it will stop.  It's YOUR Phone!, NOT THEIRS!  You CAN do this.
  If you have a computer with a voice telephone modem in it (you can buy one if you don't, they're not expensive.), let one of the Telephone Answering Machine (TAM) programs from the internet handle the TMCC calls for you.  The rest of your calls come right through. They only take a few minutes to set up and once a phone # is put in, what I call the $hit Li$t in ours, they will get one ring and the 'puter handles the call for you from them on. We have over 485 individual #'s, some whole exchanges (each is 9,999 #'s), and a couple whole area codes (that's 9,999,999 #'s each!) blocked with ours. That's a $hit-Ton (a LOT!) of TMCC calls NOT bothering us any more.  I even come here sometimes just to 'HUNT' for more #'s to add so we can be ahead of the TMCCs when they try to call here.  It seems to be working, too.
  Thank you to all the other people who post here on 800Notes.com.  You are helping so many others of us in our fight against this scourge on our society.  Pass the word that WE can beat these low-life scum if we do it together, and HAPPY HUNTING!

I'm sick of this [***] harassment from this # 315-726-3080 every day just when I sit down to eat dinner. I have sent P.I to 5858 E. Molloy Rd. Ste. 171, Syr. N.Y. 13211 to put an end to it for good. Also I have reported to U.S. do not call services and attorney general. DJP you better run!!

I had this call this morning I was still asleep when my cell went off.  This must be very recent and it's the first time I've received this call, but I get calls from other countries all the time that get their hands on US numbers like people say probably a free VOP number.

Just received a call from 3157263080 - of course there was a delay before someone started jabbering - I tried several times to interrupt her, but finally had to holler SHUTUP to get her attention and informed her I was on a do not call list and that if they called me again - on my cell phone to begin with - I would report them.  I am tired of getting these calls at all times of the day and night.  There has got to be a way to stop them.

I also get this number. I believe this is tied to Sirius Satellite Radio renewal. We purchased a new car with this on it and the initial free subscription expired. Now we get this call regularly even though we have stated we are not interested.

This is also why they still call even if you are on the 'do not call list' because they are connected with a service you had at one time or a company that you participated with at some point. At least that is my understanding.

I myself have been receiving calls from these people. I have reported them to the national do not call list and my local police department.

Dont they have a number for cells phones to block solicitors. Like they have for house phones.??
