He is Arabic, and says his name is John Wright. He is saying I owe them $300 but that they'll settle for $498. SCAM!! DO NOT give them any of your personal info.

If you receive calls from any of these following persons contact your local police:  Sean, John, Doug, James...they call from area codes like 847, 347, 206, 315 and are all of Middle Eastern descent.  Please do not give them any financial information.  In fact, contact the authorities.

Received several calls from John Wright and then spoke to Jason Scott who claimed he was in the legal department.  These individuals have foreign accents and claim I borrowed money from Cash Net USA.  Told me to speak to Shawn Davis the loan officer.  I never got any cash advance from the company.  Told me that I owe them $412 and sent me an email with settlement bill,summons and affidavit of debt. Called me and said that if I do not pay them I will be sent to jail in Texas for 6 months. This is a major scam and I reported it to the consumer affairs with all the information they sent to me.  I proved that I never received the money as it was suppose to be deposited into my checking account and it never was.   DO NOT GET INVOVED WITH THESE INDIVIDUALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam......they have many names .....same voice with same return call number. it's amazing.....Alex Parker James White fraud......
They leave messages threatening to serve papers, say they will put you in jail.

I, too, have been receiving phone calls from "Alex Parker". He is telling me that my name has come across his desk and that if I don't call back soon, that I would get sepenias served to my house or to my workplace. DEFINITE SCAM!!! I fell for the before and I am not going to be victimized again! PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT...THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO SCARE YOU INTO GIVING THEM MONEY!!!

Called me @ work today his name is Alex Parker from FDIC saying to call back at his department about legal matters. Middle eastern accent.  Scammers!!!!

Called me at home 5 times telling me about legal matter his name is Alex Parker from FDIC. Need to call back at this number!!!! Scammers!!!

Just received this call today at work from Dennis Wright if American legal services. Said I was being sued by advanced cash for a loan I never repaid. Said I will be going to jail Monday what time would I like for them to pick me up from work. When I called him out I being a scammer he ask me to marry him. I talked to the same guy and was transferred 4 times. He talked in a middle Eastern accent.

I have been receiving calls from this same number 315755-5094, very rude "Alex Parker". Yeah right. Every time they call its from the same number but always give me a fake American name when they are clearly not American. How do I stop them from calling my work as I work for a medical practice? I have never taken a loan out and do not owe these dirt bags anything. So frustrating!

How do you report them? I am sick of them harassing me at my work. Also when you report them, do they stop calling you all together or does it just make them stop for a while. Thanks in advance !

Received a call from 315-755-5094, stating they needed to talk to me about setting up a time they could come by my house and serve me a supeona, and advise me of me dire legal situation. They stated their information was attached to my SS number. The first caller was an Alex Parker, arabic, could barely understand. I requested his superviser, he transfered me to a John Wright. This John sounded identical to Alex. I requsted to speak to someone I could understand, so they tried to transfer me, but the line dropped. I googled the number and reviewed their info. They called me back, transfered me to their supervisor again, this man was a little bit better spoken but still difficult to understand with an arabic background. When I requested of him for an english speaking person, he started cursing me, and "My Mother" Stating was his "F___" foul language ,was it good enough english.
These people are rude, disrespectful and a disgrace to their ancestory. Talk about some LowLife individuals, the SCUM of the earth.

These [***] are scan artist and not very good ones.  I told the guy to stop calling me that I knew it was a scam and his reply was fine since you know it's a scam i'll keep calling.  Don't waste your time with these guys.

received numerous call reported to attorney general office and ftc he say his name is john wright and also alex parker numerous calls to me and my job they are scam
said i owed 1000 dollars but i could pay 480.00 and my loan would be paid

the dude just called and said that i owe 458. for a loan i did over the internet and we need to pay before friday or i'll be going to jail i told him ok i'll have the check ready if you come and pick it up from me tomorrow he said that we can mail it in to them but i continued to have him pick it up and he refused i told him you really must think american's are stupid and were just going to give up our money to people over the phone you must be smoking crack.....and then he hung up the phone but he said before hanging up that will be contacting our local police dept to have us arrested for internet fraud i told go ahead your making it easier for me to file charges against you for harassment.....so please if your reading this watch your butt because it is a"SCAM"...  

Got a call from 818-863-9678 from Sebastian Taylor that told me I owed money from a loan and told him I wanted to talk to the loan co - they gave me the number 315-755-5094.  Called them and they just said it had been turned over to the legal dept and I had to talk to them - it was from 2009 and they wait till now to contact me - NOT LIKING THIS AT ALL

I keep getting calls and emails threatening if I dont pay a certain amount for a cash loan I will have a warrant for my arrest.The companies associated with ACE cash loans and Cash Advance America. I dont know anything about these companies nor have I ever applied for any cash advance through them. James Parker is the name of person making threatening calls and emails.
