Recorded voice said calling if I wanted to receive a topical pain cream. Press 1. ??????  Where did this come from? It says Customer Care on caller ID.

Came up as Customer Care on caller ID.  No message left.  Now if they really cared about me as a customer wouldn't they leave a message?  Some kind of scam.

Call from CUSTOMER CARE at 3:09 PM on 8/28.  Didn't answer / no message left.

Caller ID "Customer Care"  Recorded Female voice offering pain relief by pressing One or press two to be removed from list......  I took the third option!

2 calls from this number listing location as Syracuse, NY.

Another dead air call.

Received a call 9/2/2014, I did not answer, no message was left. Caller ID listed it as from: SYRACUSE, NY.

Have been getting calls from this number even though I am on the National no call list.

Good that you're on the DNC list. That means that no real & honest telemarketing company will call you. If you are on the DNC list & you get a telemarketing call - what does that tell you about the company calling you? (hint: Think foreign 3rd world scamming criminals with voip & caller ID faking)

Received call from this number with "Customer Care" as caller ID. No message = phoney number. Five days ago got a caller ID with same name but different number (215-394-1986 in PA) Both numbers are now on my blocked number list (Panasonic PNLC1040 Phone) so now I can see what other numbers they will start using.

Received 5 calls from this number within 2 minutes even though I am on the Federal "Do Not Call" list. ID was CUSTOMER CARE. Tried to call the number back and message says to press 1 to be removed from their call list within 48 hours. They ahould not have called to begin with.

Offering pain relief cream?  You should ask them if you can put it on your butt, as their calls are a pain in the A$$!!
