This number just called my land line, hung up before I could answer, didn't leave a message.
Caller ID simply says, "Cell Phone  NY". It could have been just a wrong number, but I'm posting it here in case this is a new scam number that is starting to call.

This is scam, claiming to be from Microsoft.

This person called and after speaking in a foreign language in the background finally began to speak.  He stated his name was BRAYN ADAMS.  I ask him, "Oh my gosh, just like the singer?"   he said yes.  I said, "Oh my gosh, how awesome!"   I told him, "I like your name."  He said, "Tank ya vedery mooch."   I said, "Oh my gosh,  O.K then, bye-bye."

This is a spoof number, this call came from an illegal data base the criminal element is using for identity theft. Be safe people!!!

Well it started as microsoft. Then when they didn't like my response they called everyday while I was at work. Finally reached me. It was nothing but nastiness. Very thankful my children didn't answer.  Asking me to do all kinds of things. Blech!

Received a call from Edward Brown, who barely spoke English, telling me that our computers are infected. He claimed to be from Microsoft. People beware...Microsoft is not calling you to say you need to update your system or you have a virus!!
