Brandon lake left a message something about an affidavit abd wanted to know involvement before recall abd release. Did seem to know some information.......

I recently got a call from this Guy Brandon Lake, I didn't believe him thought it was a scam but I did take out a payday loan, but i choose 2 ignore his calls. 2 weeks later i received paperwork @ my job, i was upset. Called him up & he was able 2 set up an arraignment 2 settle this out of court, thank God, he was still willing & 2 work wit me, I really didn't need a judgement on my record & i definitely don't need to be garnished on top of what I'm already being garnished for child support. #ShitIsReal

I would have let them take me court.  Of course that would never happen, and there is nothing on any credit reports to indicate the fake debt.  Your employer would be afraid to report to any of the credit reporting companies, because that would reveal where the criminals are located.

Yoda, I don't work for them, I took out a loan,& wasn't goin 2 pay it back until i got hit wit paperwork @ my job, I'm just tryin 2 show my experience wit these companies, I agree wit U they may break laws, but so do we if we take a loan & decide that it's ok not 2 pay it back, & bounce checks all ova the place. I'm an honest individual out here 2 let u people know that if U are not careful & think that U can take out a loan & there not be any repercussions then U R wrong. If U think that it's ok not to be responsible then U r wrong. In this world what goes around comes around, we should all know that by now. it's just like if U lend sum1 money & they decided not 2 pay U back, wouldn't U go thru whateva U have 2 do inorder 2 get it back?
