    Don't send them any money it's a scam.....Received a letter from the Continental Consumer and Merchandise Reward Promotions International, Inc.  This letter said that I won money, but to get the money; I had to send the money for the taxes to a 3rd party FIRST!  EVERYONE KNOW THIS!  In the USA, if you win money, you will be given the money and then you will receive a 1099 and need to pay taxes on the money at the end of the year; or the tax money is already taken from the amount of the check.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!
