This phone number 315-849-3383 is from the Syracuse N Y area and this person has called 4 times ( day and evening) in the past week. No Message is left  We know no one in this area. We  have been  on the Do not call list for over one year.

I am also getting a call from this number. It is a prank. Do not answer it, you might get charged on your phone bill. Just let him call but do not answer.

Yes, me too, usually call 4 times in a day, didn't also leave a message. I am not answering this bozo, there might be charges appearing in my billing statement if I try to answer.

My cell phone is now ringing with that number. I would not answer it. I will let it ring. He can call me as much as he wants to.

I am expecting my cell phone to ring within 1 hour. I am from the New York. This number usually calls me 4 times a day between 6:45pm to 7:45pm. If I don't received a call, I will receive it later, 4 times a day, that is the key. I do not answer anyone I don't know since I rather be safe than sorry.

I just been called by this number right now. First called twice, then after 30 minutes, called twice again. I did not answer both of them. I just let my cell ring and waited to hear if there was a message. There was none. Not planning to answer this call, since there might be some billing charges related to it.

The way I see it, this person calls in the morning and in the evening. I received a call just right now, in the morning east coast time, based on the above emails, I also did not answer my cell, just waited for the person to leave a message. He did not. That's fine with me.

you are the bozo..it is just a credit card company that you do business with.does not matter if you are on the do not call list if you do business with a company they have the right to call you and are excluded from the do not call law.they will usually keep calling for 30 days. so answer your phone and tell them you are not interested in the offer they are selling and they will stop calling.

Jimmy is well within his rights not to answer this call. His home is his castle. I don't believe it's a credit card company because all CC companies I've ever dealt with use toll-free numbers and toll numbers can only mean sleazy 3rd-party marketers selling crap I never want. Instead of constantly calling, why don't the marketer leave a message and a number instead? Those who call back are interested, those who don't aren't. Simple, isn't it?

This # is from Level 3 Communications LLC. I think they are trying to sell IT and related services.

They got my number using the Freedom Of Information Act from the State of Maine. I have various licenses, and my cell # must have been listed........

I started getting phone calls from this number a couple days ago, I have not answered it, and they never leave a message.  What's the deal?

We've been getting calls for a couple weeks and after reading everyone's comments, decided to go ahead and answer.  Turns out it's a survey for a vehicle purchase directly regarding the dealership we purchased from.

That said, I think it's safe to answer this number.

This # is now calling our house. Three times so far today. Every day it seems like a new number calls here. If they are legitimate you would think they would leave a message. We do not answer calls that we do not know.

I answered the call.. They are a survey company for auto dealers.. If you are looking for a car or just bought one.. they might call you.

This is a company that gets your number by retracing your IP address from when you or someone in your home are on porn sites.. Especially if you have a bundle package with, phone, internet, and cable... Working as an IT, and Computer Forensics specialist for a large private company I see this all the time with employees that think they can erase their tracks just by hitting delete... Another excuse I hear is that they only did it on their own time ie: Lunch hour, break time etc.. Please people if you have to remember one thing while working on a home, employers computer, or internet service is "YOU CANNOT COMPLETELY ERASE YOUR TRACKS, OR BROWSER HISTORY" So please stop going on dangerous, non-approved sites! I just block the number pretty simple

This number called my wife's cell phone last night. Apparently they have a new scam. Claiming that they're the NY State Police PBA looking for donations. We knew better because our business donated to the real organization.
