These chowder heads call 2-3 times a day,and never leave a message.Scammers maybe?

Unknow caller via fax, no delivery

Called the number back and after 2 rings it said its not in service

They call me constantly. I answered. It was a foreign man (a mother sucker) who said that he had my National Grid account information pulled up. He knew my name. The thing is it was a SCAM because the electric bill is not in my name. I don't have an account with National Grid. The man said that he was going to change my bill to 10 cents per kilowatt (or whatever it is). I said I didn't believe him. He tried to convince me....I hung up and then he called back 2 more times....I didn't answer...
