I got a call from this number 315-849-9891 saying the company name was Legal Outsourcing and the lady on the phone said her name was Regina Johnson.

I got a call saying they would come to my house, my work and I had committed! a crime. Stacy Treton left the message and a Mr. Moody was yelling at me calling me a criminal and hung up, yet he could not give me any information

there was a message on my phone to call such and such number, instead I called the number on my caller ID.
It was called Legal Outsourcing, he asked for my last name and he then stated my husbands first name and I said 'yes'. he wanted me to give him a Case # and I didn't have one so he told me to listen to my voice mail again and write down the # and call him back, saying "you could be in a lot of trouble". Then I told him this is B.S., I kept asking what this is about but he would not answer, saying once I gave him the # then he could give me info. I don't know if I should call back or not.

I received a phone call from someone saying that they would serve papers to me either at my house or place of employment and that my supervisor had to be there as a witness. Basically some kind of summons to 'appear in court'. From everything I've been seeing of reports other people have made, pretty sure this whole thing is a scam and [***]. Either way, I'm not calling back and buying into their [***].

The woman who left the message was black as well, but she spouted her name off so fast I could not catch it. She definitely was very rehearsed.

Glad I'm not the only one that's gotten this phone call, this is a bunch of BS for sure. Just some crazy people trying to get money from us.

Linda garcia left a voice mail for me from the same number. After reading this comments i won't call. I have no time for this games.

Called my sister first on both her phones and then called my work and cell phone saying a case #, and were going to serve me through Franklin County Court at place of employment.  No name, just some black guy being very threatening to me.  I will not call them back.  You do not call and warn somebody you are serving them.  This is a scam for sure.  Just one of many.  

I also received a call from this number. It was not the first time. They were rude and would not give me any information. I called the BBB and also filed a complaint with the ftc at 877-382-4357 and highly recommend you all do the same.

I got the same message, from a Melissa Shaw, saying I was being served a subpoena to appear in court. Was for the court of the city where I went to college. And called my parents number, so at first was a little worried I could be in trouble.  Luckily my sister is a lawyer and informed me of these scams. Also a service of process is not valid over the phone. It must be done through the mail, or in person. A service of process by phone would not be admissible in court. Word for word from an actual attorney.

I have gotten number of call from these ppl but thing about I have called them bak too. And send a payment in too them cause they said they do a settlement for $250.00. So, I believe them and send a payment of $125.00 in already. But I had a feel that it was a scam; so google the number they call me from. And I see where all of y'all have had same thing happen too y'all. But y'all didn't fall for send money like I did. They wanted a another payment on Nov.28 but I didn't put it on my card this time. They this man is talkin about he need to talk to me, so we can schedule a court day. I feel like if u want to file something on me. U don't need to talk to me to schedule a court day cause most company will go ahead and file it. And u would get service with papers at ur house or work. So, they won't get that other payment from me and I wish they would stop callin my phone.

If someone wants you they will file charges in your local area, and they will find you.  If they are calling you on the phone they are a scam. If you are being delivered papers from court,  trust me, they will not call you to warn you.....they will just serve you. They want to catch you, they certainly don't inform you they are coming! This is a scam to get you to pay money towards something that may/may not be real, but its illegal and the system does not work this way. These are low level debt collectors that for some reason are trying to get money anyway they can...DO NOT PAY THEM!  

I have been receiving calls from number 315-849-9891 and the lady name is Deborah Washington. She wants me to give them my debit card info so that I can set up payment arrangements of $150.00 a month. They keep calling me and have called my brother and my uncle as well leaving info for them to contact me and with a case number. I am talking now with my friend is in her final year of law school about this. Its very scary and I dont need any troubles on my hand, I have a clean record and would like to keep it that way. But judging from the comments about, I will ignore the calls and file a complaint. What is the number to file a complaint and whom do I need to file it with besides the BBB?

These people called me today and had me in tears. They had so much of my information. Telling me I could pay off a debt in full of 150.00 I was in shambles. I of course havent paid them yet. I had to google the number and i found this. They told me if I didnt pay they would sue me and would have to go to court. I talked to a Kelly Alvarez and the processor was Melissa Shaw. Melissa was very rude. They new so much of my info including my social security number. So I called the number back and got a Mr. Moody on a voicemail. They tried to tell me a loan i took out was paid in full but they are suing me for bounced checks. Well if the checks bounced then the loan wouldnt have been paid in full right? I was so scared and confused. Things just didnt add up. Im glad i googled the number and see all the comments. I cant believe this.

I just got the same call saying I commited check fraud and knew my last four digits if my social but I did not commit check fraud

Received a call from a CC Trent from American Eagle Process Services, leaving a long winded scripted message regarding a case number and showing up to my home or business unannounced....blah blah blah, call back 315-849-9891, Amber Schille has been officially served.  I'm not dumb and there is this thing called Google.  C'mon, its a scam and you'll never get officially served any sort of notice over the phone.  Just for kicks, i called the number (from a land line) and Mr. Moody answered....I informed "Mr Moody" he has called me by mistake and informed him Amber Schille I am not; he apologized and hung up.

BTW "Mr Moody" as I am sure you also google your own scam, if you are going to call someone and threaten them with a visit from the local sheriff, 1) make sure the call back number is of the same area code as the person you have contacted and 2) make sure the individual you are attempting to scam doesn’t have contacts in the local sheriff’s office.

I just got a call that came up unknown/no caller ID. I declined the call. A black woman talking soooo fast named Stacy Trent saying she is a location specialist hired to find me, left a message saying they will be coming to my home and serving me a summons to go to court and that I have to provide ID for them to verify who I am. Left some ticket number and this phone # 315-849-9891. Haven't called back. Rat [***]. If they'd work this hard at a real job it would be wonderful. Lazy [***] trying to scared and collect money from people. How awful and shame on them. They scared me for a moment untill I googled the number and saw I am not the only one. Thank God for google and all you that have posted the same issue. Thank you!!.
