I got a call today claming I was $3000 dollars in debt from a cash advance loan. Never, in life, have I taken out a chash advance. They threatened to show up at my place of business with a warrent. Did I mention these loans were from 2011, and they claimed to have deposited multiple sums in my bank account.
They gave company names for the supposed loans and I'm currently in the process of discovering if this is a scam or identity theft.

I just a received a call from this company at my mother's house.  I called this number back and  very unprofessional lady was on the other end of the phone.  She is stating that I took out 3 payday loans 300/350/450 over a period of over a year.  Stating that this needs to be taken care of immediately or they will be forced to file charges and I will end up having to go to court.  I will be the first online to admit that I did to payday advances online before, but never have I ever not paid them back.  They have your damn information, how could they not get your money.  The particular company that I dealt with took 4 equal installments from the same damn account they put the money into.  Ugghhh, these damn people.  It's sad when eveything you do on the internet is everyones business, not matter what security you have.

Says they will process paperwork to take legal action is I don't pay money I owe.  FYI -- I don't owe anyone any money.  So sad that some people fall for this.

They made up story that they have documents for you to sign, it's a scam, don't fall for this.  Their phone number is showing as "withheld" on the caller ID.

I received a call from 315-877-9159 stating that I owe money from pay day loans. They said that they will send documents at my place of employment and I need 2 forms of id and a representative from HR to sign off on these documents. What do I do?

Mfers like this always call around tax refund season. Thinking ppl are stupid like them and are gonna fall for this [***]. They are running scams with ppls info they find and companies well for cheap. Nobody legitimate tells you when a process server will serve you; they just do it. And why would someone sign off on the [***]? These mfers can't scam well. BS
