Called my,cell I didn't answer

Received a phone call about an hour ago, I didn't answer it because I was busy. No message left.

Just received this phone number, do not know this, did not answer, of course, they did not leave a message either....

offered to help with credit card debt.

It took about an hour from the missed call for a voicemail to appear, saying that if I'd missed open enrollment it wasn't too late to enroll.  The first part of the message was cut off, but guessing it some insurance deal.  I got the same message earlier this week from a different number in TX.  New scam going around apparently.

Got this call on my cell phone, sent to voicemail.  No message left.

Unbelievable.  What is the point of a do not call list if no one is going to enforce the law and protect our rights.

Was waiting on call so answered the unknown number.  There was an automated voice that said "that is an invalid extension."  Then it hung up.

Recorded call stating that they have been monitoring your credit for the past 6 months and since you have over $10,000 in credit card debt (not true), then you qualify for a government program to reduce you debt. Only option after the recording is to press 9 to speak to a representative. Since I've been on the do not call registry for years, I pressed it so that I could request to be added to their company do not call list. The lady told me "um no, sir, no, we do not have any control over that. If you don't want calls then don't have credit cards." To which I responded "I don't have any credit card debt." Then she hung up. Filed a complaint with the FCC.

Just called and I didn't answer. After reading these comments I'm glad I didn't.

Received a call - no message hung up after 1 ring

Called about 3:00pm. I didn't answer and they left no message. BLOCKED

Want to make them leave you alone? Call them. You will hear a bogus recording saying that the number has been disconnected & it will play twice or a busy signal. As soon as you hear the recording start to play or the busy signal, hang up & call them right back. Do this over & over for about as long as you can (once when waiting for my nails to dry I did this for 40 minutes, lol). The MINIMUM time I do this is 15 minutes.
I f you hear silence, say something like "I will continue to call back until I speak to a real person"
What this does is tie up their phone line so that they can't make out-going calls & this lost phone time costs the caller money.
Now this may seem like a lot of effort (& I only fool with it on the numbers that repeat call me), but I have found that I only need to do this twice to make them quit calling me.
For me, it's worth the effort. Plus I really get a kick out of knowing that they are being bothered as much (or maybe more) as they have bothered me!

Called mid-afternoon but left no message - big surprise! Mr. Number showed it as 'scam or fraud' and indicated it was a mobile number. Blocked it!

Said something disgusting about child porn. Horrible!

"Missed" call from this number (didn't answer given the unfamiliar #). Five second empty voicemail was left. Added to blocked list and moved on. Likely a telemarketer from any sort of earbanger!
