I have gotten 4 calls in three hours from this number. They never leave a message.

Three calls today, 9:20 a.m., 9:31 a.m.,10:43 a.m. and the day is still young,  WHAT A PAIN,  I did not answer. I wish I had more BLOCK capacity on my phone as its full to capacity with these nuisance callers!!!

called at 2:45  left no msg. Our outgoing message says we screen all calls due to the violators of the Do Not call list. Leave a message and we will call you back if we know you.  Of course this will only work if it is a human and not a robot calling.

I got a call from 316-453-7543 on May 26, 2015 at 2:26 pm.  I was not home and the caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "L7 SCVC CALL," whatever that means.  I have been on the Do Not Call list for ten years.  I hope my Telezapper took my number off their calling list.

I blocked it after the 3rd call and now 30 minutes later another call but now the number is 000-000-0000 with a ID saying v52615114100010

Got a call from this number just a few minutes ago. Said hello incase it was a friend calling back. No answer so I hung up promptly. Tired from all this nonsense.

Wireless security system upgrade offer, likely bogus. Callback number has an opt-out, probably useless. Either a moderately sophisticated voices recognition system or really bad call quality.

Hung up.

I answered the phone by saying "What do you want?".  I think they started to say something and then hung up!

No message... same as other comments about  "L7 SCVC CALL"  unknown caller.

I too got a call from (316) 453-7543 and it said L7 SCVC Call. I let the answering system pick up, and they did not
leave a message. Who are these people? They call with the same L7 SCVC Call, using different phone numbers.

Robo call impersonating a human telling me they will be in my neighborhood installing free security systems. Robot has trouble handling questions, ha ha. Asked me how I was today, I said "hello", robot said "fine".

Wow...this number has been REALLY busy!  When it called me the first time a few days ago, there were NO posts here at all.  Now look!  I'm glad I'm not the only one they're pestering!  They've called me every day since that first day...and sometimes more than once a day!  I've already blocked them, but I can still tell they call.  It shows up on my Caller ID.  Like another poster wrote...'L7 Scvc Call' shows up every time.  I grabbed my cell and called the number only to reach a recording saying that if I no longer wanted to receive any calls "press 1".  I waited a moment hoping to get someone on the line but the recording just kept repeating over and over.  I hung up.  I won't waste my time calling from my land line.  They're blocked...and hopefully, they'll give up and stop trying!!!  Please do NOT waste your time with this number.  If you can...BLOCK them and if you can't block calls...do NOT answer!  Just pick up and HANG UP without saying anything!!!

Yet another telescum that just met up with my call blocker. Didn't even have to hear it ring. I just saw the phone light up out of the corner of my eye, looked up the number, and yep -- telescum. Listed as "L7 SCVC CALL"  Last I checked, the abbreviation for "service" does not have a C before the V. Idiots can't even spell!

Called, left no message. Caller ID reads "Mt Hope KS"

316-453-7543 with caller ID L7 SCVC CALL is a robo caller looking for a live phone number.  They are selling security systems.  The Congress is trying to pass a law to stop robo callers.  If it works like the "do not call list", it won't help much to stop these annoying calls.
