There is never a message left when this number calls. I do not answer unknown calls, even if the phone number is available like this one.

This is a collection agency. someone has to have hired them to collect a        
debt for them. Its called KCI.

I just got my cell phone turned on and have not given the number out to anybody.  This number has called me a few times, but I never answer and they never leave a message.  Don't know why they would be calling my number.

"Hey, is David there?".  Hey? How professional!  I told her to get us off her call list, she said they don't have one.  She was extremely rude.  Where do they get these lowlifes?  There has to be a Government office I can report these people to.

i put this number in my cell phone contact list as do not call list that way i don't have to answer it

I have been geting the came call too... just got my phone too and I belive that someone else that had that number in the past did something or what ever. I have talk to them once and told them that they got the wrong number... but they keep calling... just got a voice mali from them

Yes, It's KCI. I don't know what all debts they handle, but in my case it's a hospital bill I fell back on. My bad, but if you're even a little late, the calls start coming sometimes five or six times in a day. Aggravating, but my fault for not sending in as fast as theyu would have liked. A week late must really rattle them.

It's KCI collection agency, and EVERYONE there is extremely rude!  I actually had my purse stolen and had the bank switch everything to a new checking account.  A check from the Wichita Eagle didn't switch over for some reason and it got sent to KCI.  They call about 4 times per day and it's automated that says, "call us back at 1800-295-2967."  Everyone I have spoken to there have become extremely rude.  I finally told them I wanted to talk to a supervisor because of their behavior and the lady said, "mam, we are not costumer service."  Like they didn't have to treat people with respect because they weren't customer service.  I finally called Wichita Eagle and got more accomplished than talking to those people!  Their address is 1421 N. Saint Paul St Wichita, KS 67203-1718.  I'm going up there after this is all settled.

KCI has been trying to collect from me for some time now from something when I was 16. I know someone who used to work there that informed me that EVERYDAY each individual collector uses a different fake name. They NEVER use their own real name and then if you ask them if you can make a payment, they will let you make 1, called a good faith payment. Then they want you to pay off the balance in full. If you continue to ask them if you can make a payment they tell you NO.. and send you to their legal department to sue. TRUST ME I am going through it right now. This is the worst collection agency I have ever delt with and others will agree. VERY RUDE PEOPLE AND HORRIBLE MGMT that lets them treat people this way. Just because we owe a debt, doesnt mean that we are bad people and deserve to be traeted like trash. :(

These people have been leaving a recorded message for some time. I only know because I am off this week. They are asking for a call back at 1-800-2429. I called them and got the "KCI" then hung up. Thanks good folks for tipping me off to these vermin bloodsuckers.

if it is a debt from when you were 16 you dont have to pay it. you have no legal capacity so they cant sue you. talk to any attorney they will tell you this is true.

I get a phone call from this number asking for me by name and then I hear, "I have a call for you, please hold." Then I'm put on hold. First of all, I have no idea who it is calling me. Second of all, if you're going to call ME and put me on hold, I'm not waiting. It's good to know it's that KCI place. They've called me once before... about a year ago... trying to get me to pay for a debt that I have documentation for that has already been paid. SICK of these people already! Glad to hear I'm not the only one!

got a call, when I answered I said this is the desk of ***** they said please hold. held for 5min then they came on the line asked if i was bobby and I said this is their desk and they hung up on me. The collect for the Oklahoma Pike Pass also..

Amber...they are horrible. We are filinga  BK...because of a job loss..and they STILL call me! Getting ready to sue them!

These people are -beyond- rude. They have taken to calling me at my JOB if I do not answer my cell phone promptly; I finally told them they were NOT allowed to call me at work. I did not receive calls at work for nearly a month, but they tried to call me there yesterday. Against the law much? When you ask a collection agency to quit calling you, they legally HAVE to. We are going to have quite the issue if they call me at my job once more.

The individuals that work at KCI are pretty hardened & calloused. I imagine they walk around with their head up their butt most of the time and wonder why people don't like them. Yes, it sucks to have to collect money from others that are short on cash but I imagine that you can still treat people with respect and courtesy. It must suck to be them. They better hope to never fall on hard times! Wait! With our economy, I think we all will be falling on hard times in the near future!

this num calls me up to 15 times a day i have not answered once and have been called everyday up to 15 times a day for 3 years and they have not gotten the clue they do leave a message every 5th call but im gettin very sick of it and wish they would get the pic since ive never answer

Well i'm just going to say that in pulling my Credit Report i've found about 10 different collections from KCI on my files. They have called me once or twice, and they are trying to collect for companies that i've never had an account with. I live in Iowa, I never went to a Shawnee Mercy Medical center or don't really know where that is. I'm kinda ticked.

I never answer, but I always receive a voicemail.  It says this is Stephanie again, give me a call back.

Answer and leave your phone on mute. Then just see how long they stay on. If they want to waste my time calling on a bill that I obviously can't pay or would have already....then I will waste as much of theirs as possible.
