Its a dentist office, they called to confirm my appointment.  Left a message on my voice mail.

This number called me as well. I believe it is Eagle Creek Dental. Why they would be calling me, I don't know because I have a new dentist.

They keep calling my cell phone and when I call them back the recording says the number is no longer in service.

The number is for a Surgery Center on the Northwest Side of Indianapolis. The are calling to confirm medical history prior to surgery. It could well be used by a dentist office as well if is is a call center.

It is a calling center.  All the medical offices in a medical building in Indianapolis have the same number to dial out on.  Each office, be it dental, surgery, eye, lab, whatever, uses that line making outgoing calls.  It will not receive incoming calls.

It is the Eagle Highlands Methodist Buildings off of 38th and Shore Drive. It is a generic number that shows up on caller ID.
