Received several calls from this number. No message was left. Finally answered and a female computerized voice said Hello World repeatedly.  

Did some research on this one; if  you tried to contact an IRS dept consolodation company, this is them being annoying.  Automated message continues to say "Hello world" over and over, then says goodbye and hangs up.  

I just got that today and started freaking out it said "hello world" like 4-5 times then goodbye then hung up

Getting multiple calls just minutes apart from this number and it is a computerized female voice that says "Hello World" 3 times and then says "Goodbye." This is harassment and I want to make it stop. I called it back and the same thing happens as when they call. I suspect it is a debt collector.

I started to get  calls this week and wont stop. I finally answered this morning and recording hello world. Scammers yeah I think so

I keep getting this call too. Up to six times a day

Call blocker is your best bet.

You will Cease & Desist all calls to my home/work/cell/etc.....all calls from all affiliates used in making these hang up calls!!!
Be advised that I am well aware of my rights! For example, I know that any future contact by you or your company violates the FDCPA and that since you already have my location information, calls made by you or your company to any 3rd party concerning me violates section 805(b)2 of the FDCPA.

Called this number from Skype and received an answer. The woman said it was a call made by mistake. They contact people who have had an issue with the IRS. Most likely they're a scam company.

Got a call, "back taxes or debt relief"... likely a phishing scam posing as lowlife lawyers... or vice versa.

Could be a debt collector... just below the other two on scumliness scale.

automated service saying "back tax you owe" then it ends promptly after with "the person you are trying to reach, has a mailbox that is full"
