says google listing when i call it back guy says he didn't call

someone bought a kit with a voice actress recording and spoofed number i.d. - dont take seriously, its more than spam, it's a scam to make untraceable transfers from your account.  the caller id number was probably chosen at random. poor guy is probably getting calls from all over. the real callers would never give you a real number that could be traced to an individual culprit.  FTC: go after the kit sellers.

It's "Seo Services" the recording says it's Google Plus... it's a scam. They troll the internet looking for "businesses" and then try to get you to pay for SEO services that you don't need. I asked them to put me on their do not call list, and they argued with me.. ridiculous. What else can I do if they call again?

Robo call saying Hi this is Kate your Google specialist....I hung up at this point.  Scam call. They call from various numbers.

Called my personal number and told me to [***] off.

As Tg said: another [bleeping] telemarketer.

No one on the other end of the line.

I answered and they hung up. Nothing came up on Caller ID.

Just got a call claiming to be Google Plus (claim your page nonsense).  Just left the phone off the hook until they hung up on their end to save some other poor phone line a few seconds of trouble :)

I blow my rape whistle in their ear.  Do not call me means DO NOT CALL ME!

And then,  out of spite,  they start spoofing your phone number as their call back number.  Then you get about 200 calls per day from angry people,  like you,  who believe that you are the one calling.   This happened on several occasions.  Lady ended up changing her phone number to stop the calls.    Food for thought.

I didn't get to the phone in time and it quit ringing.  Called number stored in CID but, no answer.  
I usually request callers like this to call me back at my other number.....then I give them the number for the local FBI office.
This works for email spam as well. .........everyone should do this and it will end much quicker.

I just got a robo call from this number!!! It was from a woman claiming to be a Google Business Specialist, I hung up at that point! These PRICKS don't realize that our number is on The National Do Not Call List! I HATE these types of calls and they gotta stop :(

I answered, no reply. Called them back, automated machine says "to be placed on a DNC list, please press 1."

I asked them very politely to identify them selves and they kept asking me questions.   I said stop,  I will not continue unless you identify yourself.  They hung up

I answered the call and when speaking with the person who finally answered, I asked if he was a Google employee.  He said yes, which I assume is a fraudulent claim.  I asked further questions about the FCC DO NOT CALL list, and wanted to track down how they got my number (because I have never provided phone information with my google accounts).  I was very pleasant and patient.

He hung up on me.

This is obviously a scam.  They are fraudulently giving out misinformation about their Google relationships.  AND since I've been registered with the Do Not Call Registry since it started, I assume they are in violation of FCC regulations.

SCAM! Claims to be from Google listing service.  Google doesn't call consumers.  Thisis a scammer trying to get your information.  cancel any credit cards you give them.
