- Marc| 7 repliesCalled me Wednesday evening. When I answered, what I think was a black male asked for me by name (mispronouncing it), then immediately asked, "what is your birthday." I asked who was calling and he told me it was "premiere credit, " then asked "what year were you born?" It was an obvious attempt at identity theft.
- Secret Answerer| 1 replyThis is Premiere Credit, they usually call from another number, but they tried me from this one yesterday. Did not fall for it though.

- GuySame. Called, left no message. Caller ID said Premiere Credit. Like others, I don't answer phone calls like this; if they're legit, they can leave a message. So, from reading the posts above, they'll now go on my blocked caller list.

- bnb1031| 5 replies1st call from this company or this number; I applied for credit last week & the debt collectors from 11+ years ago are coming out of the woodwork!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does anyone know what or for whom they are collecting?- Caller: Premiere Credit
- Michiganian| 2 repliesThey called me a few minutes ago. Many times already. As usual, I never answer phone # I don't recognize ---> Why waste time on phone calls that most likely will both you? If it's important, they'll leave message and we can check to see if we want to return the calls or not. I'm thinking about learning how to blck their phone calls to my cell phone and hopefully won't be bothered by them anymore.

- Thin One| 3 repliesThey are the lowest of low life on the food chain. They are a debt collection outfit specializing in student loans. Premier recently relocated to downtown Indianapolis, adjacent to the ghetto, and have hired legions of ghetto negroes at near minimum wage.
They strap these low IQ's to a chair, fasten a headset to their heads, put a "script" in front of them (very large print with only ine & two syllable words, ... and crank up the auto dialer.
If they keep harassing and annoying you, get a copy of tyhe FDCPA and log their violations. For instance ... one or two rings and a hang up, .... calling your neighbors, .... calling 10 or 15 times a day, ... refusing to identify themselves as debt collectors, etc ... Get a copy of the act.
This scumbag outfit is famous for violating the law. They can be fined $1,000 per violation plus attorney costs. Many attorneys are specializing in these cases because they are "slam dunks'. You get your $1,000, the attorney gets his fee, and Premier gets off your back!

- Thin One replies to Martha HalonenThis is a FDCPA violation worth $1,000. Get more ... log em all and document their pattern.
All this crap is "business as usual" for the premier scum. They keep doing it because very few people file complaints! - You better call themback| 7 repliestime to call them back and start paying back your school loans. They will help you get your payments out of default within 6-9 with very low payments. Once that period is over, your loan returns to dept of education student loans. I'm going throug it right now. My balance is currently 6500 and my monthly pyment is $80.00. Not Bad. Also, once you get out of default, you will get your late fee's and penalties waived. If you are looking to get back in scholl and need Financial Aid (fafsa), you will not get approved without getting on some sort of payment plan with premiere. Call em back and get the ball rolling, denial will just postpone. This is a gov't loan, so they will get their money even if they take it from your work check. If you're getting these calls now, then it's getting closer to wage garnishment. Just tryin to help.
