Answered the call, took about 5 seconds to hear a response. Agent said she was from ACS (some credit agency) and was calling for student loan forgiveness. Whole call seemed odd. The connection was static-y the whole time. After a few questions she said great news I qualify and she was transferring me to a priority line/agent to have a 5 minute conversation. I hung up. They attempted to call back but I declined.

This shows as 317-559-3853 Indiana on my cell. They call about once a day for the last couple weeks, never leave a message, and the one time I answered, they hung up.

This number has been calling me all the time and I ignored it, I answered it just now and he said hello this is (name) with American consumer services how are you today I said good and then he hung up.

We have been answering them and they keep saying the same thing even when we keep saying wierd stuff to them

Calls several times - never leaves message.

Loan Forgiveness Scam!!!!!
Lady with a accent in her voice said we are a company who specialize in student loan forgiveness. Are you currently enrolled?  I told her No and I wasn't interested.

Calls once a week. Doesn't leave a message. Answered once, hung up on me.
