got a call from this place just a few minutes ago, the person on the other end of the line stated that it was from cash advance usa? there are no reports on this number apparently and it comes from Indianapolis In is what my caller id says about the number but no company name?

some dude just called me back from this number and offered me a loan for up to 3k, however his accent said that his name was not kevin as he claimed it was, he said that i had 15 months to repay the loan and then proceeded to tell me that the bank will not put the money in without a 600.00 fee or the other option was to go to western union and pay 250.00 (western union does not charge to get the money especially fees like this nor does my bank charge a fee to wire transfer money into it. Then when i questioned him some more i said that it sounded like a scam and he said "it is a legal company and that i could be arrested in two hours for defaming his company" to which i replied hogwash and told him go ahead and try to do it, that most of my friends are cops and they will not respond to bs like that. then i asked him to return all the info to me, cancel the transaction and hung up on the [***].

Advanced fee loans are a scam. They have you wire the "fee" and you never get a loan. To make matters worse, they will string you along, saying you need to send more money. Any money you wire, is unrecoverable.

The FTC says: "If you’re asked to pay a fee for the promise of a loan or credit card, you can count on the fact that you’re dealing with a scam artist."

This number has called my wife's cell phone 12 times in an hour.  I called back and told him to stop, all he would say is do not understand.  She also requested he stop calling the first dozen times he called.  All of our phones are on the do not call list.

Is a scam report them to your local police department

they call me several times an hour, all day, every day.

Received call that my loan was approved.  Said I didn't apply for a loan and asked where he got my number thinking someone was applying for a loan with my info.  Was hung up on.

This number had called my landline multiple times. Today, I answered the call and a woman with a very thick foreign accent introduced herself as someone from Payday Loans USA (or it may have been Cash Advance USA). She then asked me if I was still interested in a Payday Loan. I informed her that I had not shown any interest in a payday loan, and NO, I did NOT want one. She then said "ok" and hung up.

They called several times today. When I challenged the rediculousness of the call he shouted an \"f\"bomb at me and hung up.

So Not me but my mom got a call from that number, left 3 separate messages each one contradicting the last. My mom called them spoke to a female couldn't understand her. She got xfered to a Jordan he claimed to be mafioso, and that he'd [***] my sister. I don't even have a sister. He just kept going with the vulgarity I even recorded some of it. I took the phone and he just kept babbling nonsense saying that he will penetrate the next born in the family. My mom really got scared when I put it on speaker and he read off our address, wondering what other info he had also worried her. He then hung up and she tried calling attorney general.

I got scammed too. He told me I was approved for 3,000.00  I did not give any info from the back, but went down to KMart for a western union and gave 200. and he said the line did not work t( the name)  I have 200 more western union could not retreave it.  I have not been able to get my money back, and I did have family give money back for me to make up the loss.  I have western union to do a report and police report. This proceedure of the cash advance is illigal.  I have done cash advances before and never had problems.  I did not have a computer look up.  Just thought there was a message for this transaction.  I won't be fooled again.  I am still waiting or a response from the police.

Just called here asking for my husband, trying to tell me he applied for a loan with them and it was accepted.
Told them he didn't and then was told that no one applies it is just approved.
The accent didn't match any american name....

Happened to me as well...the heavy accent and the name of David Smith, yeah right.  I was told I was approved for a 3,000 loan through the federal reserve and that I had to make the first payment via western union and then they would transfer the money.  I was skeptical and asked many questions, in particular, why do you not have any documents for me to sign?  The response was that the paperwork would come through via email simultaneoulsy with the transfer.  I paid $217.00 for the first transaction, traced the western union # he gave me which of course was not valid.  He called me and told me that it was because my middle initial was missing from the transaction and that it needed to be identical so I would have to make another transaction in the same amount and they would then refund me back $3,217 in my loan so I was scammed by them twice.  Once again, my transfer went through and their's of course was invalid.  They called me back again telling me the funds had been released but that both myself and on their side would need to pay taxes on the $ amount of the loan and show proof before I could receive the funds.  That is where it stopped for me.  I told them it was a scam and I wanted my money back and that I was going to report them to the police.  They got vulgar and beligerant with me and hung up on me.  I have not heard from them since.  Don't be fooled....they are bad news.  I cannot believe that these people are in existence and are getting away with this.

Friggin Indian Scammers keep calling me. Rude SOBs Call 1600 Pennsylvania. Get Obama to borrow from them. the U.S Govt. is good for it.

this is a scam i'm reporting them to the ftc....over 10 calls in two days

These people keep calling me on my trakfone.  I am on the do not call list.  What will it take to stop these people from calling all time.

This place promises you money and ONLY if you give them $600 and if you do, then they will call you back telling you that you need to pay another $300 just to get ALL of the money....SCAM!!!!!
