Just got a call from this number.  Said it was Detective Mark Miller from the state of Indiana, and that they were issuing a warrant for my arrest for contempt of court today if I didn't contact them.  I agree that they are unsavory.

This is a repossession company out of Idianapolis Indiana. There is no investigators that work there. He uses the investigator thing to try to intimidate people.

Got a call from this number stating he was a lawyer. Said if I surrender my vehicle before 5pm there would be no attorney fees & if I did so he would not turn case over to courthouse in the morning to file criminal charges against me. He gave me a towing company number to contact to set it up. Reverse number lookup clearly shows he is a liar. This Repo company uses scare tactics don't be fooled.

Whenever someone tells you that they are a "lawyer" or that they work for a lawyer or law firm, the first question you should ask is what state(s) they are registered in and their BAR number for that/those state(s).  Then go to that state and check them out, contact them directly using the information in the state registration, as these crooks have been known to research real law firm names and attorney names and impersonate them.

Turn them in to your State BAR Association.
