Person hangs up as soon as you accept

call comes in and i picked up and its from debt collection called back the number i get a recording that I havent inserted the corect amount of monies and repeats

317-871-4697 As soon as I pick up the call they just hang up. Getting really sick of it.

called number and stated they were the police and that we had committed a crime and they wanted to meet in three days to talk about it

I have information that there may be an active police investigation on this phone number - does anyone know which Indianapolis Metro Detective is assigned the cases?

Caller hangs up. Keeps calling several times a week. When re-dialed, number states
'you gave not deposited the correct amount to place your call. Please check your card for rate information and try again."

I have Privacy Manager,but I have gotten several responses. 1.The caller has hung up. 2. Once it said it was a call from Indiana State Prison. 3.When I re-dialed the number it states You have not deposited the correct amount to place your call. Please check your card for rate information. 4. With the privacy manager, there is a guy and he says "April this is Rich."
It is very annoying. The person has called over 10 times today & it's Sunday.

I answer and the caller acts as though she is talking to an answering machine stating please have chris call jennifer at what ever number she said.  I called the number on my caller id and got the response everyone else has..."you have not deposited the correct amount to place this call"

THIS call is being done on the COMPUTER They are using The Att messenger
They are [***],,I have had 8 pizzas delivered and they called till 2a.m. Tonight they are at it again,,, Its someone you know who knows how to use a computer.....

yup, same deal. privacy manager intercepts, if you listen it's silence and it eventually disconnnects. i have heard of numbers being highjacked to place illegal calls at your expense.

Have had several calls from this number. No identification. When I picked up and listened there was no sound and eventually the call disconnected.

My answering machine picked up and instructed to leave a message.The message
was-[***] [***] message then hung up.I still have this on my answering
machine.They call sometimes 3 times in one day.

I have been getting these calls for about 2 weeks

I have filed a complaint with the police dept.and also to the attorney general.I got another call today from this number except it came up privacy manager instead of World Wise.11/5/07.I don't think anyone wants to do anything to catch these people.

this number has called several times in the past few weeks. the latest 11-14-07 @ 2:28am.  returned call same message as others...you have not deposited enough money to make your call... am i being ripped off? who can help?

i tried to call you back, operater comes on line to tell me i have not deposited enough money to make the call, i tried sorry call me back and try again

317-871-4697 has called several times only to hang up to day he called say,s his name is allen, the ******* does not have the intestinal fortitude, to say what he wants his only agenda is harassament, i have been getting a call from this ***_**** for months. i am tired of it if i find out who it is i will go after him. legally. ( I TRY TO CALL BACK ONLY TO HAVE OPERATOR TO COME ON TO INFORM ME I HAVE NOT DEPOSITED ENOUGH MONEY TO PLACE THE CALL )

had that # call me twice today once at  2pm and 9:30pm Monday 12-17-07

    I have LOTS of information on this guy including REAL # and home address. I have had it with him. I filed a police report to no avail. Please contact me.I`ll give you all my info.
