Called twice and left two messages within 11 minutes of each other, wanting to lower my costs on my merchant account since we are an auto glass place.  Of course it was a recorded message so there is no way to tell these idiots that: 1) we are NOT an auto glass place.  We do not do glass of any sort.  2) We do not have, nor do we want a merchant account, as 99.9% of our customers are large companies.  So irritating.  Thankful for caller ID and an answering machine though.
