This number has been calling my mother's home phone collect. She could barley understand them but thinks they may have said her last name.

I got a call from this number as well!  Late at night, like 9:30pm.

I GET CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ALL THE TIME, BECAUSE IT'S AN INMATE CALLING FROM A PRISON FACILITY!  SO SOMEONE FROM YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS IS AN INMATE CALLING YOU COLLECT FROM THIS NUMBER

Had a phone call asking if I wanted to accept a phone call from an inmate at a correctional facility and I did not know any one in the facility that I am aware of.

i guy called and stated that he was tring to find his sister and aunt but the way he got me he said that he had something to tell me about my brother the call was from an correctional facility inmate

I keep getting calls from inmates from diffrent parishes. I think they find and pick random numbers for anyone to answer.I will get my phone company to block these people from calling my house for a small fee of course.Also they disguse the numbers with 800 service when calling also.
