This is a "gift card or voucher" scam.  They will give you a $100 Walmart or Kmart voucher or gift card if you just hand over all of your personal information and a credit card!  Oh yeah...sign me up.  *cough*

Just got a call from them, couldn't understand the caller's broken English but they started by yelling " I am not selling anything!"   He/she (not sure) couldn't answer who they were or even who they were calling.  They said my phone number was selected at random to win a cash prize.    
I mean really, what kind of idiot falls for this these days?

I advised them not to call my number anymore.

SCAM. Long pause before phone actually connected.  Started right into routine to tell me I had won $25,000 worth of home improvement repairs.  Told them to get bent and lose my number.

Did the same. She got offended when I said I wasn't interested. "WHY WOULD YOU NOT BE INTERESTED?" Definitely not calling from Louisiana, sounds like a poor India connection. Glad iOS7 lets you block numbers finally.

They are persistently calling even though I tell them I am not interested in their promotion, and even requested several times to be removed from their calling list.  I have made notes of these calls, because it is suspicious on what they state.  On 10/10/2013 - they were trying to sell me an extended warranty for my car that they insisted that I have no extended warranty for (A lie)  and on 10/1/2013 they were offering me a free gift card to take a survey.  Fellow citizens; the same number and two different types of services and promotions.  It is beyond comprehension that this ensues.

I keep getting calls from this number and they won't say anything and just hang up... SCAM!

Received a call from them today, didn't say anything and just hung up. Guess some people or companies have too much time on Columbus Day.

Received a call 10 mins ago but didn't answer

Received 3 calls.  One everyday for 3 days.  I finally called back on day 3.  I received the same pre-recorded message that I won a wal-mart gift card.  Reception / call quality was terrible.  Asked to be removed from their call list.  Two weeks later, started receiving the calls again.  I have received a call everyday now for the past 4 days.  Trying to add my # back to the Do Not Call Registry, but website is down due to the government shutdown.  

Just got a call from this number. I have my phone's ring tones up differently for everyone that I get calls from. I never give out my phone number to anyone even work only close family members. This way when someone calls I do not know it gives a different ring alerting me. I simply answer and the first thing I say is "WRONG NUMBER, DO NOT CALL BACK DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?" I seldom have to actually block these numbers as they just don't call back.

Got a call from this number. Could just barely understand what she was saying. Sounded like she said she was from "Direct Buy". Told her not to call again.

Just got a call. They wanted to know who owed the phone and can't even speak English worth a crap. They were loudly informed to never call my number again. They never did tell e exactly who they wanted to talk to

I have received calls from this Number,  nobody says anything.  I do not understand how they have my NUMBER I am on the "DO NOT CALL LIST"  very SCAREY.  

This # calls my #, does delay the start of their script... haven't been answering cuz it isn't even fun makin those genital life support systems, cry like a baby n e more! They  Never leave a message nor have a north American accent, I'd guess Bollywood

Federal Financial is calling again... It's funny I can tell it's them by their nasally accents. They all sound the same.  I just hung up. They don't take "Do not call here again seriously."
