Asked for me by name, Said she was from (didn't hear where she said) and attempting to collect a debt and had some pliminary things to discuss before she goes any further. I said, "so do I, cease and desist and don't contact me again." End of conversation.

The calling number left a message on my home phone advising they "have an issue to discuss in their office".  That is fine
with me because I don't know who the caller is or what they want.
What kind of people take the time to do things like this?

Keep getting calls from this number, never leaves a message. I don't owe anyone in Louisiana money!

Completely bogus:

"Hello. This call is from Dynamic Recovery Solutions, a debt collector. We have a matter to discuss with you in our office. If you would please call us back at 877-821-1657, I would appreciate it. Again, that toll free number is 877-821-1657. Thanks for your cooperation"
