Rings twice and hangs up. So tired of these scammers!!! I live in NY and do not even know anyone in Louisiana.

this number called my cell at 5:25 pm. I did not hear my phone ring at that time. I called the number back a few minutes ago and received a message that no one was available to take my call at this time and to call back during their normal business hours. So, when is that? The message did not give normal business hours. I will be sure to watch for this number again.

Rings twice then hangs up.  If they don't leave a message, no reason to call back.  I blocked this number.

I called it back and it was a recording saying that I visited one of their websites and I could win a $100 gift card or something.

Rang twice n hung up so I looked it up and seen a lot of people say it's a scam n sum time if u call these numbers back they can charge ur phone

This number 318-900-7977 called today at 5:40 p.m.. It rang twice & hung up. I didn't answer it. It was listed as [no name]...What is the point of these people calling & then hanging up?? Makes no sense & I never answer these unknown numbers anyway.

I did not answer and no message left. Obviously no one I knew and now another call blocked #.

The phone was right next to me, didn't ring...but, lit up.  Looked and saw the same number....318-900-7977.   Left no voice mail....

This is a spam caller

This is a computer generated number, the caller is most likely calling from Nigeria or other Scam producing countries. They tried to get you to answer the phone and pretend to be either a bank or some other financial entity. This camp has been going around for many years and I guess they are using this phone number once again

They called my unlisted landline number at 2:14 PM PDT on 14 June 2016. The caller ID said "Out of Area". I did not answer. They hung up after the first ring. My phone numbers are on the Do Not Call list. I will report them to DoNotCall.gov.

EXPLANATION:
This is an example of a type of spam call, where they deliberately hang up and hope that you will call them back based on the caller ID. I noticed this pattern about a year ago.

This number: 318-900-7977 called me right now. My phone lit up but there was ring and hung up immediately before I picked up. Most likely a scam.

It's an outfit called Reward Redemption.  They switch numbers all the time, which, of course, suggests they have something to hide.

This number called my cell phone at 9:28 a.m. this morning. I live in Louisiana and I did not recognize this number as a legitimate number. I did not answer and I am not calling back. Like everyone else, I am tired of these bogus phone calls!!
