This number keeps calling me regarding side unknown legal matter requesting to soak to me or my attorney of record.

It is a scam to scare you to pay them money you do not owe.  They are an illegal debt collector using unethical and illegal practices. Do not respond.  Scam!!!

They have called me 2 days in a row now.  I don't answer and I won't!!!  Way too many scams going on!!!  Glad to see I'm not the only one though!!

Complete con artists. Social security they gave as to who they are looking for, did even come close to matching me. don't give them anything

I got a call yesterday and another today. A pre recorded msg is left to speak with me or my attorney. Googled the # and it gives a residential address that is a single family 3 bedroom house up for sale. SCAM!!

They call me multiple times a day every day! How do I get them to stop?!?! I don't answer but they won't stop.

Called my wife that I owe 2k online loan( I don't do online loan) and if we start the payment today, I'm going to jail for 2 years. Hahaha

A lady named Jennifer Brantley left me a message and said she needed to speak with me or my attorney about a pre trail matter and I have never been to Iowa.

Yeah Jennifer Brantley from this same number... Haha glad I read into these before picking up the phone... The surprise thing is they dont even say whom they are calling for nor about! I would understand why they wouldn't leave what the issue could be about but at least ask for me by name when leaving a message or say you need to speak with Jason! Idiots

Said they were calling regarding a pre-trial matter and to press 1 to speak to the legal department. Another scam call to be reported to fair trade

It's a scam. They will claim you took out a loan from some online lending company and that you must pay them immediately or they'll put out a warrant for your arrest. They may have some personal information so do not verify it nor give them any more information.

Just has Jennifer Brantley call saying she was with a company called pre-trail interventions trying to collect a debt for another company. She told me that I would sit in jail 120 days. She started talking about a loan that I "took out" in 2011. She had my former bank information and my address. When I said that I didn't live at that address and I wasn't with that bank in 2011. She became very irritated and said "Well, I hope you have a good day in court".

Saying I owed 1200 to an online loan company and If I didn't pay a warrant would be issued for my arrest within 48 hrs.

Exactly what they told me. I was so frightened but I knew I didn't owe them but they had my social and everything

Yeah this number keeps calling me everyday, stating information from 2012 for a online loan at which I've never done and the number is from Iowa ... I told them it was a scam& still keeps calling me.

It's a complete scam my friends. You can't  even get arrested for something like this "pay day debt". If it was a true BBB company that gives payday loans they would just garnish wages, never issue the arrest warrant, that is so ridiculous.  These people have no life and just don't give AF. Before I hung up I said "do you sleep good knowing you F hard working people over" she said "yes...yes I do. I wanted to slap that B****...
