319-493-3725 - I called them back and found out they are Diversified Collections - DCF.

I got a call from this number and answered it.  It was a woman that wanted to speak to my wife.  When I asked the nature of the call she would not tell me, claiming it was Iowa law that she could not share that info.  Said she was from PRI and gave me an 800 number.  Looked it up and it is a collection agency on the west coast.

Obviously a scam of some sorts.

Client received a call from a Lisa Luker stating she wanted to verify who my client was. I will state this, anyone calling you wanting your information over the phone, do not give them the information of any sort. These Lisa Luker calling places of employment have first violated Iowa law and now harassment charges are being filed. Lisa Luker, if that is the real name of this person working for Performance or Performant. No one is allowed to call someones employer!

As a "Paralegal" you should be able to write more clearly.  As a "Paralegal" you do not have a "client".  Your supervising Attorney has the client.  But let us see what you know.  What particular Iowa law have they "first violated" and how does one file "harassment charges" privately (you never said you worked for the DA's office).
