I got 4 calls in a row within a minute somehow from this number. No message.

Just called my cell phone. Rejected call, did not leave voicemail. Added to "auto-reject" list after viewing comments.

509 is a valid (cellular) exchange in the 319 area code, However, 319-509-0587 is reported to be a land line in Oelwein, Iowa. Added this number to the auto-reject list on my cell phone :)

Called me 2x @ 1127a today. Don't they know I am busy getting the Death Star completed?

Called me today.  Some automated message about credit card relief.  I pressed 9 to get a live person.  I asked the lady how they got my number 4 times and she kept repeating a script about debt relief.  She then hung up.
