Robocall from 'Steve Martin' of the 'Treasury Department' called and issued a threat that ignoring his call would be considered a second violation of the criminal case started against me and I would then have to appear in 'magistrate court' to answer for my 'crimes'. Then he gave 320-207-9234 as the number to call.
Yeah, right! I was born yesterday to fall for a threat from a heavily accented Indian man calling himself Steve!

Just recd msg saying I have committed some sort of federal crime and if I don't call back I will be called b/4 a magistrate for my offense.  Pete Mar-tin called, english not first language.  Little Falls, Hinckley, MN  area.

Elderly client (Roseville MN) called to say they received a call from the IRS threatening action.  The caller had a thick accent and also claimed they had sent the client a letter and was now following up with a call.  When the client told the caller they were going to call their accountant the caller got upset and told them not to do so.

Left a message saying I had committed a federal crime and it would be in my best interest to cooperate with them or I would be called in front of a magistrate for federal charges. Advised me too call this number back.

Scam. Do not believe it. No government agency will make phone call to remind you of your offence. I'm wondering if this guy can still lead someone to believe it real? If you received an unwanted call, away check this site to validate the call.

Same message as those above mention.  What makes them think people would believe this?

damn people anything for a buck...last week we got a call from another Indian([***]) type telling us we had an issue with our Microsoft computer?  funny we have a Mac?  A friend of mine in Florida got scammed for over 400 dollars by the same type of person?

The threatening call from 320-207-9234 posing as IRS is a nuisance. Is there a way to block such calls.

"Steve Martin" called my elderly parents with this same message.  It's hard to convince my 90 year old father that it's just a scam.  My parents also get numerous calls similar to this one. Milwaukee, WI area.

Just got 2 calls back to back with a robot voicemail. Could not understand what he/she said. I always come to this site for help with unknown numbers.

+1 320-207-9234. Got a call from multiple #. This one tends to call often for the past 2 months. Ask the idiot who picked up the call to verify my address. He provided me with my spam address 🤓😈

This is NOT THE IRS...this is a scam...do not give them any information or money..just hang up on them and BLOCK!!!!

The caller ID on my phone is from Hinckley MN. They left a threaten message on machine saying I committed a criminal crime and I have to appear in front of the magistrate for federal charges. The number also appears as 320-207-9234. Why would somebody calling from Hinckley MN instead of Pittsburgh or Greensburg PA.

Just go the same thing, voicemail, you're getting arrested by the legal authorities at your place......blah, blah, blah.
