Number used to call asking about my brother who we do not hardly have any contact with.  It sounded suspicious.

IT'S A SCAM!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO like date of birth, addresss etc...even if they give you the last 4 digits of your phone number!!!  DO NOT SET UP ANY KIND OF "PAYMENT PLAN". They said their name was "The LTS Group". They called us from a phone number 320-348-9131 looking for our daughter. They stated she owed money and that if she didn't call this 866-939-7546 number in the next 2 hours, they were going to send her a "summons". When she called back, They scared her thinking she was going to jail, so when they "verified" the last 4 digits of her social, she gave them her DOB and address. They proceeded to "transfer" her to someone else (but it was the same person), to discuss her "case" further and work out a payment plan with her. Luckily she didn't give them anymore information.
