The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

I also received multiple calls from this number.  When I answer it instantly hangs up and when I miss the call no message is left.

They called and didn't leave a message.  Also the last time I was able to answer I asked them to stop calling.  Obviously that didn't work.

I've been receiving spoofed-numbered calls for months, many of them would come in as "Customer Service". They would always ring 3 times and hang up. I started keeping a list an the list grew to a couple of pages of random numbers, many of them ID'd as "Out of Area". Some with my area code would show up as "Out of Area" (and a bogus prefix that started with a "1"). Always 3 rings, never a message. So I began to piece together that my number was on an "auto-dialer" list and I was getting dozens of calls from "bogusly" ID'd numbers.

My friend gave me the best advice I could ask for. Here it is:

Go find the recording (it's posted on the web) of "The number you have reached is either out of service or disconnect...". I have an old digital answering machine. I played that recording, through my computer speakers into the answering machine as my "Outgoing Message". Leaving the volume up, when these bogus auto-dialer calls came in, I answered my phone on speaker phone, held it up to the digital answering machine and played the outgoing message - "The # you've reached..." I played it twice til I could determine I had a dead line. Within a minute, the auto-dialer called again to check to see if the number was really disconnected. I played the outgoing message again twice. SInce then, my phone has gone completely SILENT of these auto dialer calls.

Try it if you like. If you're getting a lot of them, figure out through your caller ID which ones seem to be the auto-dialers and then let them have the message. Be prepared to play it again when they call right back. Good luck.

Illegal in almost all 50 states.............

I answered just to see who it really was.  They asked for a certain person, but when i INSISTED that they give me a reason why they were calling this party, they said they would call back again later. But she did say it was for DRAWING THIS PERSON HAD SIGNED UP FOR.

we recieved a phone call from this number that my daughter answered. They asked for me and my husband by name however, how could they get that much information???

Just got a call and let go to voicemail. Left a 9 second voicemail pure static with noises in the background. It's happened a few times before. When I did answer out of pure irritation the person on the other end would immediately hang up.

Stop calling my home!!!  I don't want what you may be selling, and I don't want to be harrassed!!  I will take the appropriate action I have to, if you keep calling!!

This call was made and no answer.  I called and they were doing homes in the area.  This call was made in Willmar, Minnesota, did not need the 1 with the call back so it was not a long distance call. Thanks for the information.

My husband and i recieved several calls fom this number from Willmar , Mn have told them to quit calling and they still call, we were told my husband had signed up for home improvement at a home builders show that he never was even at dont know what kind of scam it is but i'm trying to find out!!

Just recieved one these calls also from the same number,

Talked to a chatty sale person.  They told me this company gives away free home improvements.  Asked them not to call again.  Guess what they still call almost daily.

called me today, never have seen the number before.

This is the 2nd call from this #.  I reached them.  They have 2 call centers.  Once in Willmar and one in St. cloud.  They insist they don't robocall - they state (Ted and Mgr Mike) that they've never had any complaints and never robocall and that robocalling is not illegal in MN.  The company they said they represent is your Home Improvements Co (YourCo) and have been in business for several years.  I confirmed - they confirmed, that this # is indeed theirs and they are legit.
Of course they would say that.  So - a nice complaint to our state AG is forthcoming.

Just had a long talk with Bill - who actually handles the calls you all are receiving - see my previous comment for the # to call them.  They say they ONLY make calls to people from lists they generate from HIP shows etc.  He also says - and this is the painful part - they will make up to 15 calls to a # and only after 15 no answers do they tag the # as being dead!!!  Of course he says they do not do any blank (no live person) or 'active' # checks with their software.  I read several of the above comments to let him know that it wasn't true.  I said he'd best check his software because this was indeed happening and for a legit company - which they are - they would get a reputation as a scammer - not good for business.  Further - if enough complaints were made to the FCC or MN AG - they may find themselves in trouble with their marketing method.

I get phone calls from this number at least once a day. How do I stop it?
