- Sandie| 14 repliesI have had 5 calls from this number in 2 days. First one was yesterday at 8a.m. , then 2 shortly after that. Put them on my block list. They called again early this morning and then again shortly after. Do not answer calls that I don't recognize. Evidently, this is a new scammer. C.I.D. comes up unknown name. Wish there was a way to stop this, it's annoying as hell!

- Suzy| 3 repliesAfter a couple previous calls my agitated husband told the thick Indian accented person to not call again. Today the caller calls again and said " You have a daughter, right?" My husband said yes. He said, " Well, I f***** her last night." and hung up. We are livid. Contemplated changing our number. What the hell is one to do? This is now a threat in my eyes.
- BigA replies to Suzy| 1 replyYour first problem was confronting them, and then telling them you had a daughter. These are people from a scummy third world country that get upset when they can't steal money from honest Americans. You had better hope they don't retaliate by using your number to call others. Just remember that all phone numbers are recycled so you will be getting someone's old number. Now think about why you want to get rid of yours and put yourself in their shoes.

Call Blocker
You need to buy a standalone call blocker, call blocking phone, use your carrier’s call blocker if they offer one, or download a free call blocking app for smart phones. For conventional cell phones, assign the number a letter like “z” and make no ring. You may also need to have your carrier increase the ring time to avoid having them leave a message on your voice mail. - RoccoNo one on line. Blocked them
- Fed upWaiting for an important call and I get some dummy who can barely speak english. Hung up and blocked.

- DebWe receive multiple calls from unknown numbers. I finally decided to start answering them just to see who they were and what they wanted and to "mess" with them a bit. At 7:30 AM today I answered this call and was told by someone who spoke terrible English that they were from Microsoft, that they had been receiving unwanted messages from my computer, and she asked if I was at my computer and would type something in. I said I was at my computer but was not about to type anything in. She stated, quote, "Now you listen to me," and she started saying something. I interrupted her and said, "No, you listen to ME. It is 7:30 in the morning here, I will do nothing with my computer at your request, and I know you're a scammer. Do not ever call here again." By the time I was done with my statement, she had disconnected the call. Please, do NOT fall for this!! I don't know what it will do to your computer, and I don't want anyone to find out the hard way!!
- Caller: STATED Microsoft
- GeezeretteCalled at 6:00 AM today..............luckily, I am an early riser or this would have unnerved me. Never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.......which tend to be many throughout the day!
