I got a call from this number with a robo-call.  I hit #1 to speak with a live person and  a woman came on the line and said AFS Legal Services.  I asked her what did AFS stood for, and she yelled at me if I had a case?  I told her that her company called me and that I had the right to know what the company's name was and address.  She refused to give me any information and hung up.  Ugh!!!

I also received a call from this number with a robo-call - AFS Legal Services. I Googled the number and and the 855 number they gave me to call. Its a SCAM!

I keep getting calls from these clowns.  Don't answer their calls and if you do talk to them, refuse to pay because they refuse to provide proof that you owe.  They wont give you a physical address... they are fake and scammers....have fun with them.....

They have also been calling me too. Some women named Karen.  They cant give me any evidence just yelling and telling me to contact an attorney

i returneda call to 321 226 0016.A man answered the phone and i asked what AFS stand for, His reply to me was "Accounts Financial Solutions" i then asked for the address of the company and he refused to give me the address. His response to me was " sir, your asking a million and 1 questions!", "I'm not giving you the company address without knowing who you are." By my count, I only asked two questions. why does a company need to know who i am? why can't i find an address anywhere for this company? why the attitude when all i did was ask for an address? i would say these people are full of [***]!!

i just called back the 321 226 0016. i blocked my caller ID and they got pissed because i called back anonymous. they they told me to disregard the phone number because they were trying to reach someone else. BULLDODO !!!

I called them back and a lady named Sharon Jackson answered. My option was pay in full or go to jail.

I got 7 calls from this number yesterday and countless over the last few weeks.  I answered a couple of times and told them that they had the wrong number and they have continued to call.
I called it back this morning and the woman that answered identified herself with the title "investigator" something.... what a crock of sh**!!
She was nasty and rude.  Reporting them to the FCC after I recorded the conversation with this bi**h this morning.

I have been receiving calls from this number. The last call I received was from a Mike Foster, who said that He is with AFS(Accounts Financial Solutions) and that I ow a debt to Wells Fargo dated back to July 2011, for a payday loan. He got very nasty when I told him that I did not owe this money and I wanted his mailing address so that I could notify the Florida Attorney General's Office. He refused, so I hung up. There is a Consumer Alert for this company and other businesses that they own. Mr. Foster also said that he is with MTE Solutions (the parent company)

I keep getting calls and they are not even for me. I've ask them to stop calling but they continue. Wish something could be done.

keep getting these recorded messages to call atleast 3-4 times a day for the past 2 weeks so today i finally called spoke with investigator Matt Dillard who said i was named in a criminal investigations ..formal complaint filed in their office for a payday loan less than $500  in 2011 says their client is asking for $1500 they can work out a deal with me and talk to their legal team and have me to pay a lesser amount or i can decline and face felony allegations in superior court..informed him that all my loans were paid off. he stated maybe i paid a different company that didnt turn in the information correctly. ask him to send me written documentation of the complaint against me and he stated he couldnt because its priviledged information.. HUH??

They called me and I asked who AFS is and what business did they have with me. The girl yelled and said she didn't have to tell me and I had better get a lawyer or bad things will happen, and she hung up, I use Privacy Star, they have been blocked with numerous phone numbers and complaints on all of them.
Let me assure you after talking with my attorney, they are not lawyers, but a third party that has bought a way past bill for pennies on the dollar and are trying to collect. Block them.

They called me and I asked for the date and amount of the deposit, they told me this info.  I looked it up and it was a payroll deposit from my employer.  I explained to them about the deposit and they got pissed and hung up.

AFS - They called and yell and tell me about jail, we do not, let me remind them, WE DO NOT, have a debtors prison in the USA, if you have business with me, you need to be ready to give me your full name, name of who I owe and how much and be able to send me that info. Yell at me,,,I blocked your number, right after I filed a report with the BBB and the FTC. Idiots.

They continue to harrass and I continue to IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE!!!!!  Old pay day loans or old debts that have been written off 5 times already. Don't fall for IT!!!!!

Same thing. 500 dollar payday loan that I never took out. This is a scam. They are rude and disrespectful and you should block the number.

321-226-0016 called twice today. I don't answer to unknown numbers.  It didn't leave a message when I called back blocking my number they didn't answer.  Super annoying, and I read it's a scam.  This should be illegal.

I have had these idiots call me several times a day, 5 and 6 days a week; including Sunday, along with before 9:00 A.M. and after 8:00P.M. at night.  I personally work as a collector, and know what can be said and what is illegal under the "Fair Debt Collection Act."  I have had them threaten both bodily harm and that they would be sending the police to arrest me for a past due debt.

When I call them on what they are pulling, they really get furious then.  I would advise if they call you again, record the call if you can and report them to the State Attorney General's office in Tallahassee Florida.

They go by all three of the names I have kisted below, as when you file a complaint about them, you will need to use one of the names they go by.

They have done this to me as well I finally got fed up and filed a complaint with the consumer protection bureau. Long story short they are scammed that won't give any information that you ask for
